The only thing i would say they could improve is the common terrace in the pool area, it looks like it needs more maintenance, but it works for the purpose of using the pool to relax for a bit.

We stayed at Soho Playa for 5 nights and we were super comfortable. The rooms are big, have everything you need, a fridge, AC, big bathrooms, a little terrace, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. I had some requests and they not only provided what I needed but exceeded my expectations. I read many reviews and people were complaining about the breakfast and i do not undertand, it is better than nothing, you get coffe and bread take it or leave it, it is included, at least it is something. Also it is very convenient that they are next to a juice/salad/poke bowl place, we ate there a few times. The location was really good, they came to clean once every two days which was good enough for us. There is parking unpon availability and that was super helpful for us. I really wanted to thank Gabriela becuase she went above and beyond when i had a request, she helped us out so much during out stay.

They didn't have towels for the swimming pool. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The lunchbox for breakfast was a bottle of water, 1 toast cut it in half and a cup of fruit. They didn't have hammocks in the balconies, just one plastic chair and one little plastic stool.

Good option in Playa del Carmen. Central but still quiet. Rooms and bed are comfortable, nice social area on the roof and basic breakfast included in the place next door.

The showerhead was very old and the beams went in all random directions. the breakfast is very plain; do not expect too much of it.

Really nice staff, very welcoming and they did a cute romantic set-up in the room for our honeymoon. Great location and clean/tidy lobby, rooftop + rooms. We wanted to stay a night longer but the hotel was fully booked. Too bad for us!

Always the same breakfast 😅. The occasional noises that could be heard during night coming from a nearby restaurants. And some really loud guests. People have to learn not to slam the door...

Staff was really nice, the room was comfortable and it is close to Mamita Beach Club which is Wonderful. And the sea there is 😍!!! La Traittoria de Centro hs music and great food. Calle 38 is close and with it's trees and restaurants is quite nice!

Not really a breakfast, just cantaloupe and toast. i always felt like something was crawling on me in my room. Had to spray it down with bug spray. A little power wash and fresh paint would do wanders!

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. I loved the location and friendliness of the staff. It is close to everything, anything needed within walking distance.

Included breakfast basic and simple. Water in shower (at least in the room I stayed), does not drain. So you have a soapy/dirty pool of standing water in the shower. Found a life cockroach in my room (have pictures).

Excellent 10th avenue location, with easy and short walk to 5ta Avenida. Loads of restaurants around. Short walk to the beach. Hotel has great potential.
