As a part of a kitchenette I expected a little stove or a microwave, but neither was there.

Excellent accommodation. I would definitely stay there longer if I had time. Immaculately clean and super comfortable bed. Awesome swimming pool. Delicious coffee. Big TV scream. The checking in and out instructions were well communicated and easy to follow. The A/C and WiFi worked very well.

In my personal opinion, they can add extra 2 pillows for the bed. Other than that, the communication and the service were great.I would like to come back to stay there.

Very private, clean. Provides the basics to cook. Supermarket near and the location convince. Far of the cities traffic and easy to get there. The pool is magnificent to get in in the morning or after spending a day by salt water. Bed and bathroom cmftable, nice and cleaned.

A few minor things could have made our stay better A welcome info sheet/pack to let us know where everything is and how to use. Also some info about the local area how to get around would be really helpful The front door lock was a bit tricky to lock If you are a sun lover the sun is limited in the garden as there are a lot of trees giving shade Budgeting tips - Taxi to beach clubs (which were lovely ) cost about usd25 -30 each way then you have minimum spend we went to cinco beach club and had to pay national park entry plus taxi plus minimum spend - worked out to about £300 for the day for 2 of us so bear this in mind - lots of ore beach clubs out of national park but taxi cost even more but had a great film day at the beach Would have been best to hire a car but there is not a lot around close by as it’s residential and no one around to ask This area is being completely regenerated and had a lot of building work which was noisy during the day to early evening not a lot currently there with a couple of restaurants, pharmacy and 7-11 within 15 minute walking distance - but once all the regeneration is complete it will be amazing in a few years time

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our mini break everything we needed very tranquil surroundings will be beautiful when all the building work has been completed in the area The front desk was not manned regularly so had to find out most things got ourselves The plunge pool was great to cool off The garden area was very private Felt very safe as security on entrance to area

Great property- it was our second time there. Very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets - everything is good quality. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The private pool area is great to have. Internet works well and has Netflix on the tv. It’s in a quiet area of La Veleta so you don’t hear building noises. Close to everything and a mini supermarket nearby. You do need a car. We highly recommend it and will be staying here again!

This was my third stay at Treetops and once again it was excellent. Very clean and nice room, good location, nice pool - I can definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Tulum, it's a bit of a walk to the centre and you need a taxi or colectivo to get to the beach, but overall the location is convenient. Will stay here again!

Everything you can think of needing is available in the apartment: drinking water, kettle and tea, coffee maker, hair dryer, beach towels, large tv with Netflix, king size bed (baby beds in Mexico are quite narrow for a European couple), plates, bowls and cutlery, curtains to block the sun, and curtains to block all light. And I probably forget details. There is a night guide and no reception. It is in a gated area, feels very safe. They’re very responsive on Booking.com and all information was shared in advance. Sorry driving distance from the different beaches. Very good value for money!

The only thing is that your door at the basic double room is at the window front that means if your neighbor is a little loud by leaving the room you will hear it.

The property is very small and intimate. The rooms are more rhan enough. Bathrooms are very modern and spacious as well. You have a pool to use and security by night. What you get for the price is more than good.

Everything was great, just two recommendations maybe. Adding a microwave and some pegs/hooks on the wall between the tv and the washroom!

We felt like it was secluded and we enjoyed that. The bed was amazingly comfortable and there was a nice debit with hot water in the shower. Easy to get around with bicycles, we parked the car for a few days ans it was a relief!

Great value, clean, and friendly staff. It’s easy to get a cab by asking the ppl at the gate, it has parking, and the location is inside a gated community so felt secure. 15/20 min drive/ride to the beach hotel zone. Staff was helpful and fixed a problem quickly. Also would recommend going to the archeological site in tulum!
