The pool could of been cleaner, we didn't use it as it was cooler when we were there but the color seemed off.

It was very close to trail head we did. We walked everywhere, to the main square and to the lake it was about a 10 minute walk. It is all down hill cobble stone roads. It is straight up hill on the way back. The views were amazing and the room was huge.

Shower walls and swimming pool dirty Jakutsi was closed Roaches No staff to welcome guests, we have to fill up the forms, and there is a glitch in the system that didn’t allow me to proceed.

Beautiful premises with unexpected orchards and nice views. comfortable king size bed, nice furniture, soo roomy!

Getting access to the property was a chore; the lockboxes were where we were told they were, but the information we had been sent on access codes was incorrect and did not work. The property manager eventually noticed us struggling at the gate and let us in. There were also several dogs on the property; when we arrived they rushed us, barking furiously and jumping on us. This didn't start our stay off on a very positive note.

The view down the hill and out over the lake was nice. The room had a nice, comfortable king size bed. The property also had a nice pool (which we didn't get a chance to use), and some seating around poolside (which was good, because there is no table in the room). The property was also quite convenient to the trailheads for some hikes up the hill. RJG Gluten Free Bakery and Gallery is just a few steps away; a great place to meet expats and have some amazing food!

Some housekeeping would have been appreciated - eg. six nights without fresh towels. Basically, all requests for anything have to be arranged through Restavio. Very inconvenient and inefficient. Would be better if a physical person at the property was available for this. Both the sidewalk and the road to the property are cumbersome for walking.

Beautiful property with great views. Close to Ajijic village, yet peaceful. The four dogs on the property made it feel very much like home.

Deferred maintenance. The hot tub looked like it hadn’t been working for months. The pool was not sparkling. We never had our room serviced for 9 days. I had bug bites everywhere. The bathroom smelled very musty. The road getting to the square is challenging for walking.

Martina the dog is the sweetest! The bed wS comfortable. The property is lovely to look at and peaceful. The view of the lake is stunning.

The pool and area gorgeous. Partial view of lake was pretty. Grounds and garden were so very nice a well maintained. Good fan to move air around. Nice window for light but compromise privacy. Shades were good. Amazing wardrobe for all your clothes and things. Plenty of hangers. Location walkable to town then taxi back up hill. Restaurant Trena Italian near. Safe neighborhood. Good fridge and microwave. Good tv with Netflix.

The grounds were gorgeous! 6 or 7 dogs barked and fought all night first and 3ed night. Zero customer service except the guy who finally told us after 20 minutes how to open the gate as we were given the wrong code. Never saw him again. Saw another guy the last night at gate area. Gardner took our keys at check out on last morning. Shower backed up every time. No amenities to speak. No a suite but a big room. Dogs became friendly. Sweet really. We are not excited about dogs necessarily. Beautiful property and pool. While we are seasoned travelers and don’t need to be babysat, it was strange to be there alone. Couldn’t find anyone to give us the WiFi code, ran out of data. Cost me $$$$ to upgrade to bigger plan. Finally maids helped on 3ed day. But received no maid service otherwise. If you are going to use words like “luxury, suite, boutique” you might want to replace the gratis white frayed towels and pay attention to detail. Offer a few little amenities. Should leave property info like WiFi in room.

Prepare for Lousy NON EXISTENT SERVICE & to be ripped off and gauged an outrageous cleaning fee out of proportion to the price of room. What a SCAM for an old room that smells like MOLD!

Rip off, they overcharged me. On booking the room was listed as $37 and they charged an outrageous $46 cleaning fee for a 1 person 1 night stay! Worst experience ever on a booking. Huge facility with not one person on site to help you with any part of your stay. Book at your own risk! Stay here if you like doing all the work of checking yourself in. Figuring out how to get through the gate and have no one there to help with a DAMN THING except to be gauged a cleaning fee that is more than the price of the room and for NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER service!

The pool and jacuzzi were not presentable to use and should not be advertised as such. The place did not provide water which is a must. The dogs although friendly, it was a bit nervewracking to make sure they didnt go out and one did playfully bite me on the ankles.

For the price it was fine.

It was up on the mountain side, which gave us beautiful views but it was a bit of a walk up the hill home from Ajijic Centro.
