We really enjoyed the beach it was awesome. We are a couple that loves to walk the beach and felt very safe.

Gym was quite small relative to the size of other amenities.

Our first visit and it was fantastic from head to toe. I love the waste reduction initiatives from the glass bottles in the room to digital menus. The staff was so attentive the whole time and the activity schedule will keep you busy throughout the day even if you just want to hang by the pool. The drinks were endless and great quality. Shout-out to all the landscapers who keep the grounds spotless. Will be back!

Shower door in our room did not shut correctly and flooded our bathroom. Had to use a towel to keep water from leaking out. Also pool was not heated, the weather was cold on and off during our stay was not able to use the pool, water super cold!

Great buffet! Isaac was excellent!! Made sure we were enjoying our meal and that we had enough drinks! Welcomed us each day with a great smile and made us feel so happy to be at the buffet. Entertainment was very good! Servers at pool were very attentive! Alberto was great! Also liked the guys in the carts that drove us to events and back in the evenings!

Wish there was more shade areas at large pool. Appreciated shade areas at Lazy River. Would have liked more drawers in the room to put clothes away. We were in building 7.

Outstanding response from maintenance when we reported lack of air conditioning. Excellent service at Lazy River for drinks and food. Concierge service was also excellent. Food was well prepared and presented and delicious.

Loved it all

Well maintained resort, exceptionally clean and comfortable room., Very friendly and welcoming staff . The main pool area is lovely, activities take place in the middle section which can be noisy however, both ends are much quieter. A great choice of restaurants, all waiter served, it felt like a special night every night. The Imperial band were brilliant and kept us entertained.

Not all of the dining options had areas with A/C which was a little difficult at times since we went during the hottest part of the year.

The food was incredible, there were so many options and we were impressed alcoholic beverages were included. We loved all of the entertainment and activities provided at the resort. The atmosphere was really enjoyable it never felt overcrowded. The resort was incredibly beautiful. We enjoyed every moment of our trip.

The main complaint was the pool closes too early at 7/8pm…… as if adults have a curfew your forced to go to the main hall if you want to continue enjoy the evening. They do have music and bar area but some don’t want that and there is nothing else to do other than go to your room. Several of our friends wanted to just relax at the pool late and enjoy the view and weather, all bars outdoors close by 8pm. There was also too much seaweed, we were not able to enjoy the beach the 4 days we were there.

For the price we paid, the gym was not as equipped as we would have expected and transport to/from airport is not included unless staying over 5 nights. We also prefer firmer beds and the bed was very soft.

We have enjoyed everything, but we definitely have 2 main remarks: the service at some of the restaurants can be still enhanced and secondly the Sea was not accessible for the full duration of our 5 nights’ stay

cannot swim in the sea, high waves and tones of sea weeds. the color of the sea water is not Turquoise! Although explained on admission that no need to reserve at the speciality restaurants in the evening, it turned out that you should (especially the Japanese). The waiting time to receive a table was too long.

The staff are amazing! Welcoming, professional, helpful.....cannot complement them enough. Food is great - lots of variety with theme restaurants - Italian, French, Indonesian, Surf/Turf, Mexican and more. The grounds are impeccably maintained and spacious.
