New constructions next building very nosy

Velos Condos was the best! 2nd time we've stayed there and we LOVED IT!!! Highly recommend.

There is a lot of new construction nearby.

This is a very convenience place to stay in Puerto Morelos. Close to the beach and close to the restaurants in Puerto Morelos.. We have stayed there three times. Excellent service and quality. Very clean and comfortable beds. I recommend to anybody.

Very nice modern condo, wonderful view of the beach, nice balcony, good AC in bedroom, screens on sliding door and windows, and close to lots of restaurants. Great cross breeze kept the unit very comfortable even on hot days. They supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, which were great to have.

A new hotel is being built next door, and the construction noise was sometimes very loud. The direct path they used to have to the beach has been blocked off, and now you have to go a little further n or s to access the beach. This was only a minor inconvenience though.

Great location and great staff. Alba helped us check in early and check out late. This condo had everything my wife and I needed. They provided nice beach chairs and an umbrella. Though we didn’t use the bicycles they looked very comfortable to ride.

The staff (especially Alba on the front desk) is excellent. The condo was as shown in the picture

The pool is in an interior courtyard. Is fine for kids to play, but not suitable for lounging. Construction next door had some noise impact.

Spacious, clean, welcoming, close to beach.

Nothing really … beach at Puerto Morelos has quite a lot sea weed, but it’s still nice and good to swim and the town is veeery pleasant to hang out.

It’s a beautiful spacious property with a two pools and hot tubs. Very attractively decorated with a full kitchen and living area.

It was impossible to sleep because of the very loud music every night till 3 or 4 am.

Facilities were good, location on beach wonderful. Alba was very helpful.

Good location with fantastic views & excellent staff. The reception lady was very helpful and the cleaning staff were always smiling.

Huge apartment block being built 20 metres away. It was very noisy in the daytime, 8am until 6pm We felt we should have been notified of mayor building works. We would have chosen some place quieter.

I am a repeat visitor. Velas is ideally located and a great value. Nothing beats the oceanfront view!

From the moment that I arrived ,I met señorita Alba who was the most welcoming and helpful individual. My check in was flawless and I was in the condo apartment in 3 minutes. Miss Alba and her staff took the time to help me with everything , I was able to sit back relax and enjoy myself. The people at Vela's oceanfront condo were amazing , They were the most welcoming and helpful people that I've ever met on vacation ... Not only would I recommend anyone to go and stay there, But I plan on returning in the next few months and I've already talked with Miss Alba about this. In closing this review I would truly recommend this location to anybody traveling to Puerto Morales whether a couple or a family this is a perfect place to stay walking distance through the town. Just far enough away from Town center and feet from the ocean down a beautiful path lined with palms and flowers, to one of the most breathtaking views of the ocean as you walk down the path and out onto the beach and into the water.... Honestly , There was nothing that I did not like.... Truthfully I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay there in this beautiful little village right on the water with the second largest barrier reef in the world yards off the beach. Philip F.

It was on the beachfront and a short walk to restaurants and bars. The beds were comfortable and two bathrooms was very handy. We felt very safe

At the moment construction next door - this is noisy during the day - also there was limited hot water but that was ok

Location, easy to access, close to airport, pool.

Nothing, but just to be aware no lift.

We love the property! Alba is always there to help us with information and to change our TV language from Spanish to English.

If we could have stayed another week.

Very close to the beach, very friendly tenants and relatively good value for money

Would be good to revamp the interior, the living room had no aircon (one of our child was sleeping in it) and there was a construction site just next door (very noisy, fortunately they did stop the work on Sunday).
