Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful pool and the attentive service from Mauricio. Regarding your comments – we’re constantly working to improve, and some of the bathrooms have already been renovated. The rest are in the process of being updated as well. As for the Wi-Fi – there are two separate networks: one for the living area and another dedicated to the bedrooms. Both were sent in the check-in message. Of course, if anything was unclear, we're always happy to assist – even with the small stuff – just send us a message. Lastly, we’d like to highlight that despite the very central location, the unit is surprisingly quiet with no bars or loud venues nearby – a rare combination in Playa del Carmen. We’d be happy to host you again!
