Beds a little hard for our liking, and an ice cube tray would add so much value for us!

Much bigger than what the pictures look like. Very close to shopping and bus stop. Security and lifeguard staff all very friendly. Driver that they arranged for us was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. Large fridge and filtered water in the unit. Would love to stay here again!

All the staff was excellent...security (except 1 lady lol) Snack bar had only 1 worker ...limited menu...but he was very nice.

Location was great!! We were between 2 pools...walking distance to shopping..grocery & convenient stores..hospital..police & fire station. We used Uber..they were very fast and affordable to go out for dinner. We went to Downtown for dinner...about 1/2 price than hotel zone. My teenage granddaughter left her sandals at the pool...they were turned in...the security at the gate had them!! Overall highly Recommend!!

I loved this apartment, and I will definitely come back next time I am in Cancun. - given the price level in zona hostellera, it is a very good price/quality combination - the appartment is exactly like on the photos - the beach is amazing (the view of the beach from the room too) and so close to the beach (much closer than almost all super expensive 5-star resorts nearby) - the manager of the property (or probably the owner) is very nice and has been flexible with me and my friend for check in and check out times

The property was a bit dated and although the location was nice, surrounded by larger more expensive restaurants you had to travel to the hotel zone for more variety

Property was in a nice location and right on the beach as pictured. The property was quiet and staff was friendly.

There were a few things which were not as pictured in the listing and some things which could have done with a bit of updating. All the basic kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc were provided but many were a bit shabby in need of replacing. The kitchen sink was also in need of some minor repair work. But the kitchen itself is just as pretty as the pictures and was mostly easy and convenient for small meals. The bathroom is very pretty and spacious but lighting is very dim and some travelers may want to know that bedrooms are upstairs but the bathroom is downstairs. The living area has two small benches, not the futon couch pictured in the listing - there was a futon, but it was in the bedroom upstairs) to sit on but they are very uncomfortable, with straight backs and stiff cushions. This made relaxing in the evenings or early mornings a bit challenging.

The host was communicative, very responsive to requests, thoughtful, and very accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags in the apartment for a couple of hours both before checkin and after checkout. As a mom traveling with three teenagers, this was a such a welcome relief. We are so appreciative! The view from the condo is excellent! It’s was a luxury to wake up with the sunrise over crystalline water each morning. The condo is also very large, with a big bedroom upstairs and a spacious kitchen/living/dining area downstairs. The kitchen area has a cute bar counter with four stools, a small cooktop, microwave and two refrigerators (one mini and one apartment-sized). The security at the gate gave great peace of mind. There is someone watching at both roadside and beachfront entrances at all hours. This made us feel very safe! The location is a short bus ride away from clubs, bars and ferry terminals. We really liked that it was off the main road but still close to many amenities. Kukulkán plaza is right across the street which made for extremely easy access to groceries, atms, souvenir shopping and snack runs for teenagers. Even though we were a little further removed from the action (and noise) we still had great access to restaurants on foot too. The condo had a little pool bar too, which was great fun!
