CanadaNo dislikes more just resolvable inconveniences. Few kitchen utensils (knives, forts, spoons) and kitchen freezer was malfunctioning; however, host Enrique was very responsive. The Money Bar can be busy/noisy until 10pm on the weekends but the apartment is well sound proofed. The apartment is on the ground floor close to the main entrance so other Landmark patrons can see into the apartment and patio - better curtains on the front room French doors will help.
Single room apartment was VERY roomy a high end build, comfortable, quiet, great access to pool, tennis court and Money Bar beach club (across the road). Landmark overall security was good. The is no charge for Landmark guests to use the Money Bar beach club and the guests get a 10% discount on food and drink. The beach club has some of the best snorkelling on the island

Puerto RicoOur stay at Landmark was magnificent. We stayed for a whole month due to an internship. Workers were really nice, and the owner of the apartment was fenomenal. She was really aware of us at all times, if we needed something she would take care of it. The best part of the day was to come back to the apartment. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and the money bar upfront is great for a nice dinner and snorkeling. I would definitely be back.

United StatesLittle noises here and there, smell of cleaning products, and lack of work table, but the owner already responded and said he will make sure to take care of those. Overall, I LOVE THIS UNIT!.
Fast communication with the owner and the concierge. Perfect location for people who loves to snorkle as you can just walk out the room and "boom!" you're there...no need to go to other beach clubs as this condo allows access to Money Bar. I initially was only going to stay for 1 night, but then we decided to stay 1 more night since we loved this location. Unit 105 is perfect for a couple or a small family as it only has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. This is truly better than staying at a resort!!! We will definitely come back. You can't get better deal than this one. Units of the same floor plan charges twice as much! I will state here again the highlight of this unit (for us): - Strong wifi (owner even offered to add additional wifi if this one fails....aren't they amazing!) - Strong AC - Working appliances (washing machine/dryer combo, dishwasher, stove, etc)...you'll have every appliances you'll need and more - Hot and cold water dispenser!!! I loveeee this one. They'll supply you unlimited drinking water (unlike those expensive resorts!). - Smart TVs. They're large. At first I was annoyed by the number of speakers around the TVs, but then I realized how amazing they were! Please don't take these away. - Massive space for the two of us. - Ocean front balcony. I loved their patio furnitures - looked new. - Shower has great pressure and heats up quickly. - Toilet flushes well - Surprisingly, very quiet. No construction or traffic noises during our stay. I don't even hear any footsteps from above (like the other unit we stayed at). You can also request to have your unit cleaned (additional charge which is about $20).

United StatesStrong odor from the toilet bowl cleaner tabs. Over powered the whole unit. I took it out and all is good. Something in the ceiling rattles everytime the AC comes on. Also, too many sofas that doesn't compliment each other. I'm guessing for people with kids. I do wish there's a work table inside the bedroom instead of a sofa. Too many speakers...I'm not sure what the purpose is. It'll be great if they can take out all little miscellaneous items (plastic flowers/plants/ extra furnitures)...doing so will bring out the beauty of this unit. Also, bathroom area needs a repainting job (and the toilet door needs some cosmetic upgrade as it has a damage at the bottom). These are just little things that I can overlook given the value and location of this property.
This unit 105 has everything you'll need and more. I just love it here. I sure will come back. What I love most: - Super fast wifi. My phone is constant at 866 mbps network speed! Owner even offered to install additional wifi if this one fails. - Unlimited supply of drinking water (they have this water machine that gives off hot or cold) - AC worked well - all appliances you'll need and more (washing machine/dryer/dishwasher, etc) - patio furniture are in new condition - super comfy (2 loungers, center coffee table, and 1 chair with ottoman? - this unit faces the street side where you can see the beautiful water and Money Bar. - gound floor means easy access to the water (pool and sea)

SpainFurniture and decoration are a bit old (looks better in the pictures), bed and pillows are not very comfortable and terrace is not very practical - the apartment is on the ground floor and the terrace overlooks the parking/entrance of the building and to the main road so any people/cars passing by are very close to you. There are no shades in the living room so anyone passing by can see you very clearly even when you’re inside. There’s also a somewhat weird humidity odor in the apartment that doesn’t go away easily with the AC. Other than that, it’s big and has all you need for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time at home. I wouldn’t choose it for a longer period though.

United StatesFirst impressions are everything in my world and my first impression of unit 105 was not a good one and will always be remembered negatively. I am talking about the Condo here. Our day of arrival was very disappointing we were escorted to our unit by the staff at the Landmark only to be met by Donna 5 minutes later. We were then told that we could not get into our condo because it had an issue in the bathroom and that they were not notified about this and only learned about it when they went into the unit to clean it. They informed us that they had a place for us to stay for one night in town and would be giving us breakfast and dinner, only to be told later that dinner was not going to happen. Now keep in mind we paid for what is supposed to be a higher-end facility only to be put up in what was essentially a glorified hotel room that they called a Villa. I get it the Condo was having issues, but they acted like they were doing us a favor by putting us up in another facility. No, you did not do me a favor, you inconvenienced us, and your staff lied to us by telling me that they were trying to get a hold of me to let me know what was going on, when in fact all that you were trying to do is get a hold of me to find out our arrival time to greet us at the Condo, that is what the VM says. Now to be fair, I will say after being told by Donna that we were not going to get the dinner that was offered to us by her, I had mentioned a case of beer would be sufficient enough, and she said she would see what she could do. When meeting up with her to finally get into our Condo she told me that she the owner was able to do dinner and the beer, thank you for that. Back to the Condo, it was dirty, outdated, and uncomfortable, it needs a complete overhaul, painting, furniture, bed, and appliances. This unit looked like something from the 70s with a velvet red couch in the bedroom. The balcony, windows, and floors were all filthy, we have pics.
The location was great easy access to meet up with our dive boat, the Landmark itself was clean, the pool was nice, the hot tub was hot and the staff at the Landmark was very professional.
