The Staff were wonderful. I had to deal mostly with two individuals. Their names are Omar and Hugo. They were very nice from the first day to the last day. I was there for 5 nights. Omar was very professional. He was very polite and helpful. Hugo was the same. Very professional, polite and helpful. They both were very responsive to any question I had, and very quick to help me to have my needs met. If I go back to Guanajuato I will definitely stay there again.

There was a little bit of confusion when I checked in. I asked if there was coffee in the morning and apparently I booked the room without breakfast being included. Their listing on the Booking.com website a little confusing to me.

The B&B was lovely. It had several sitting rooms available for guests, and some outside areas too. Comfortably furnished, hot water for showers, plenty of purified water (cold and hot). The staff went above and beyond in their service.

Hotel is located on a very busy one way street. Noisy until late hours. Ask for room away from street. I was warned by hotel about noise!

Hugo and Omar were so kind and friendly, and always very helpful. It was a lovely space to spend time with friends and relax. The beautiful living room and outdoor courtyards where wonderful places to spend time relaxing between visits into the city.

Felt like we were staying in a home as opposed to a hotel. Omar and Hugo were fabulous hosts. The rooms were perfect and the rooftop patio was lovely. Delicious coffee and light breakfast were included. An easy walk to centro. Gracias por todo!

In a quiet area but only 10-15 minutes to centro. It was really lovely and the staff were so hospitable allowing us to have our room at 9am even though our check in wasn’t for another 6 hours. The bedroom was a delight and overall decor was amazing

Not much we didn't like.

Omar and Hugo made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. We felt safe in that there were two locked doors before you can come into the lobby especially at night. The place looked like an old home that was converted which felt like you were coming "home" when you were done visiting the city. The location is great! It was also quiet, very clean and had a nice area to visit with other people staying at the hotel. They served breakfast, modest but good. Bed, towels, bathroom was good and comfortable.

the bed is too soft, this is personal preference where i prefer a hard mattress, so does my back.
