Very well equipped apartment in the centre of Playa del Carmen.

The noise from the clubs on 12th Street was a bit loud, especially on the weekends. The insulation is quite good but you could still hear it until 2 am!

Great location in Downtown Playa del Carmen, next to 5ta Avenida and all the amenities. The condo was big with all the required comforts, including two big TVs and all the kitchen appliances.

Incredible location, SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH, lovely staff and our condo was clean, spacious, snd safe. We loved the amenities and the staff were so accommodating and helpful during our stay. I will 100% recommend staying here to all of my friends and family.

So close to everything but had its own private feel and was very quiet away from 5th Avenue. Size of apartment, very clean, great pool and beautiful gardens. Amazing staff!

Perfect location, right in the center of Playa del Carmen and walking distance of everything. The accommodation was exactly as described, the bed super comfy, and we loved how it is decorated, everything we needed was there. We also felt very safe, there is a night guard at the entrance and makes rounds every hour. We had a wonderful stay.

We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Lovely condo in a central location. Bed was very comfortable.

Location is next to night clubs that are very loud and far away from good beach. It stated in description throat beach is only 100 meters from the villa, however it’s not that beach you expect to see and have a rest. You can’t swim on that beach due to a lot of local boats parked there and the water is not so clean, along with that if you come too late you won’t have place to lay down on the beach, because all beds can be booked by someone else and there isn’t a lot of space at all.

We loved the villa itself, the furniture and neighborhood is great. Property is very clean with good shower accessories. Villa is big and cozy.

It is near the nightclubs in Playa so outside the complex can be busy and the music is loud but inside our condo it wasn’t a big deal.

A beautiful condo complex that has lovely landscaping, feels private and is a nice small size. Our condo was clean and comfortable with lots of room for two of us.

It could get noisy because it's close to bars. Staff offers you a 11 dollars bonus to eat at a restaurant but they will charge that to your room account.

Indigo Beach club closed early (4pm). Otherwise, perfect!

Wonderful ambience; clean and comfortable; spacious and private; access to Blue Indigo beach club; secure parking ; pumping a/c throughout; location is convenient to beach, Avenida Quinta and nightlife.

I didn't realize it was so close to the nightclubs when I booked it. There is a loud noise all night every night. This is not a place to book if you're looking for a relaxing holiday. There is a LOT of constant that noise from all the nightclubs half a block away.

Love the pools that run through the courtyard. You can just step out of your apartment and into a pool. The architecture is really cool and has a tropical feel with lots of greenery around. Apartments themselves have everything you could want or need including a cool Bluetooth speaker system.

The music 22/24 hours 7 days a week. You can’t enjoy the outdoors quietly . Pool is cold , jet area of pool ( hot tub type is also cold) showers were tepid when lucky mostly cold . There is no «  beach club » the beach is gone completely eroded away . Only thing there is crazy expensive drinks .

It is centralized, easy access to beach and to Quinta ave . Comfortable layout . Enjoyed the staff . Clean .

The TV didn't work and they were not able to fix it before we left This was disappointing. The individual helping us couldn't access the property with the code, so we had to go through the parking garage/basement, which dod not feel safe late at night.

New really like the location and the atmosphere.
