  “Absolutely beautiful setting surrounded by the Sepilok rainforest. I thoroughly enjoyed wandering around in search of wildlife - we saw orangutan, red langur and hornbill (plus many other wonderful birds) on the property within our (regrettably short) one-night stay! The chalet itself was fabulous - powerful shower, huge comfortable bed, refreshing aircon and veranda with hammock outside. The food in the restaurant was decent with a lovely view of the lake to enjoy whilst dining. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend - I wish we stayed longer!”

  “Great size room with aircon, comfortable bed and powerful shower. Very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great to have the pool to cool off in the heat - was a nice touch to have poolside bar service. Setting amongst the trees was also lovely, much better than staying in Sandakan itself. Overall, would highly recommend :)”

  “The gardens have lots of flowering plants which attract beautiful birds. Orangutan and red leaf monkeys seen in gardens during my stay.”
