Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

WiFi can be hit and miss
Room clean and has a balcony. Love the location just off main area so not noisy but on the beach in 3min walk. Have stayed 5 times and very good location

Bed sheets and towels wear very old and you cant fell healthy to use, I requested to change with good condition, unfortunately they did not change as per my request
Location near from the beach and all markets, check in and check out very fast, communication with staff excellent.

No door hooks to hang clothes! No air con in the seating room /hall
The apartment setting was conducive for us as friends to sit around and enhance our meet up.... Its location a stone throw away from the shops and eateries made it another plus point 👌👍🏽👏

The bed was a tad uncomfortable as the mattress was too hard.
Good value for money. Especially good for people who want to rent a car/motorcycle while in Langkawi. The location is optimal, right in the heart of Cenang and close to everything.

Can't remember what I dislike. All are ok to me
I book the apartment room type. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for big family complete with facility like iron+ iron board ,washing machine, freezer, kitchen utensil and all. The staff are helpful and friendly when I asked them to mop the room, they do it immediately. The location is superb. Thank you

The internet down the back of the property is patchy and tricky to get on to despite them resetting the router a number of times. Eventually we asked to be moved to the front of the property in order to access the admin-router in the office.
It's important to understand with this review, that this is our 4th stay at this motel tucked away on the main street of Cenang. We chose it because of the LOCATION which is right in the middle of Cenang and across the road from the beach. The long driveway ensures that you don't get much noise from the traffic, beach activities at night, and restuarants. We slso choose it because of it's location to Hornbill Hut Cafe which is a quiet little nook tucked away under a house which serves affordable wine and beer, plus has the most excellent wagyu beef burgers. The motel itself is showing it's age and this review should not be read as a glossy place to stay with all the bells and whistles. It's comfortable with good beds and airconditioning, it's clean with nice staff. It suits us.

Thought from the pictures it was a bit bigger rooms and more tropical outside 🤔
Very close to all the action at Pantai Cengan. EASY to get a grab anywhere .Staff were lovely, plenty of duty-free and restaurant options close by .Can walk to the night markets on Thursdays .

It would be better if the apartment set rags for passengers can clean dust, sand before enter into the room or restroom
The cleanliness was great, amenities and facilities were good to our group. Receptionist guided us well.
