Location, complete facilities and the host, as well as the cleanliness. The host even provide rice to cook, soap to wash your cloth and some others which we didnt expect. Check in process also very smooth. Nearby shop if I want to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Insya Allah we come again and stay in Aleeya. The apartment we booked suit for two guest.

A very pleasant stay. Clean..nice & comfy unit. Beautiful interior decoration,make me feel like myself at home. Both unit & parking lot just nearby the lift access. Convenience cafe & mart at ground level. Definitely will comeback again here. Highly recommended!

The water pressure for shower is a bit low. Not too bad but maybe can improve a bit. The wifi a bit slow, as this is higher floor..my mobile data was not so good but unfortunately wifi also the same. No netflix. But can still watch youtube as they hv android box. I was staying for conference, rarely at room so thats fine.

The location was great. Just in front of Perdana Hotel. Plenty of café just downside. Nasken, Starbucks, CBTL and few more. The host really helpful. They accommodate my request very well. They even provide me with new towels. The house was clean. Hv spare toto for additional guest

There's nothing that we dislike about this unit.

The house is very clean & comfortable with beautiful interior deco. It's also fully equipped with everything you need in a house. The location of the residence is also very strategic with McD, Starbucks, CBTL & Nasken Coffee downstairs. We had a pleasant stay here & will definitely recommend this house to our friends!

steep parking, but that’s normal for most condos outside KL.

The interior design is mind blowing. Every corner, nook and cranny are pretty. There’s a couple of cafes in the ground floor that’s convenient if you need latte in the morning. McD was also there. location wise, it’s smack in the middle of city 😄, it is close to all places

The host was very friendly. She was also very prompt in responding to all our queries and was extremely accommodating. The room was very comfortable and was well stocked up with food😊 and essential toiletries. The location of the building was near to well-known attractions. It was easy to get around using the GrabCar service especially for those who do not drive. My wife and I will definitely opt for this room if we ever visit KB again! 😊😊

The internet is rather slow. Having difficulties to load apps.

The owner's attention to detail is just superb. Providing the likes of complimentary toothpaste, personal comb, sachet drinks even maggi cup is a great hospitality gesture which is greatly appreciated 😊. The unit itself is well furnished with all the homes utilities and needs. Provided ceramic plates and bowl which is so important (and not the melamine version 🥴). Thank you for sharing your wonderful unit with us. Highly recommended 👍

Apartment suprisingly small, moreover, furniture so bulky, making an aprtmnt living so uncomfortable to stay. Internet provided is useless, sooo slow. Its a hustle during check out. U have to to wait more than 30 minit just to going down coz always full especially during public holiday. Even emergency lift also full. So imagine u have to carry ur stuff n children..So stressfull
