Didn’t get the double bed for our 1st night as booked, but we’ve got the double bed for 2nd night. Room 505 - no hook in the toilet Room 807 - mattress is old, could feel the spring. Refrigerator is a bit dirty. Sink is clogged.

When we arrived the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom there was no shower rail or shower curtain We complained and within 1/2 hour workmen came a brought a new shower head and put up a shower curtain and rail Lack of someone checking on the overall quality of the chalet Outside there were cigarette butts that had not been picked up by staff didn’t seem like anyone was using their initiative for the overall holiday experience for the customer A treadmill wasn’t working in the gym and had still not been resolved by the time we left It’s the second time we have visited over a two year period and sadly the overall chalets look worse for wear.

The massage service is not the best one. Quite pricey for the service provided. The same snorkeling tour offered here is a bit cheaper at the guy next to the resort gate.

We had 3 days in a row with different issues: the boiler making noise, the airco dripping water in the room, no towels in the room (they took the old ones without replacing them 😂). All the issues were promptly solved. Enough variety for breakfast, european and asian alike.

I would have liked a snack or two. But with hindsight I realise the lack of eg. Pool snacks were deliberate because some bold monkeys would have been drawn to them.

It was beautiful and peaceful. It wasn’t over manicured, but it was well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. It was a genuine island resort- laid back

The resort has a lot of facilities, a private beach, the jetty to depart for coral island tour that you can book with the hotel, a pool, 2 restaurants and is very well located in Tekek. We loved our stay there, the staff is nicer than words could express and the thai/indian restaurant is SO good!

Due to hot weather I thought we could hang out in game room but it was not well maintain. Playground is ok but the air cond is poor . It got bored after one time use. The bed got bugs, my family got bitten at night. The house keeping did not give us towel after clean and we have to call and only get a few pieces, we didn’t try to pursue for more. Ala carte food can be improved. We opt for pizza and is cold. Glad we manage to get a last minute Birthday cake but it was not great. Least I can expect from island.

Overall well maintain. Clean beach. The buggy is comfortable. Hotel near jetty. Didn’t need a long ride. On time to send us back to jetty too.

Wish prices and activity booking was more transparent. We enquired about renting a bike and was verbally quoted 2 different prices. Pool and bar services were run down as well, wasn’t very transparent. We were also unaware when we had to book the snorkelling or boat activities by although we probably should have asked ahead

Room was nice and clean, breakfast buffet was great variety as well. Very good shuttle service around the resort. Decided to book a massage with the resort and it was the best massage I’ve ever had (although a bit pricey)

We booked a garden view room, which was nearby the reception, restaurant and beach area. The room was spacious, but basic. Bed and shower are very good. Breakfast was included, which was a buffet. The resort is very big. Although, there were many bookings, but we did not have the feeling it was crowded. Enough opportunities for watersports (snorkelling/diving) or other options. The resort has a pickup/drop off transportation to the ferry. Restaurant provides good food. The employees were very helpful.

Parts of the property have seen better days but we could see they were actively upgrading certain areas and rooms. Our room had recently gotten new bathroom tiles and tapware I’m sure.

The location is excellent with extremely beautiful surrounds. The resort has a range of facilities and options available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Beach is quite nice, very clean. Kids happy to swim there and can see a lot of fish including turtles and sharks. Fasilities are a bit old but it's OK we enjoyed staying there and eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Gift shop was mostly empty and did not offer that much variety of snacks. Restaurants could also benefit from an extended menu, however both issues were very minor to our stay

Good diving facilities with boat and great diving instructor. Room was well air conditioned and was nice to see monkeys and lizards around the resort. Small spa offering as well and two restaurants with good food

Overall cleanliness was decent but could be improved. TV location in two-bedroom chalet could be better. TV in single bed room is awkwardly placed which makes it hard to walk into the double bed room.

Fantastic location - quiet, beautiful beach and pristine views. Resort has everything you need on site, no need to travel out. Good WiFi coverage throughout entire resort. Excellent staff - very polite, helpful and accommodating to our needs. Even gave us free goodies as they were closing their gift shop for the end of the season.
