The hotel is small and cozy. The room has all the amenities including a smart TV with Netflix login. The staff is very nice. When we entered there was a beautiful welcome arrangement with a complementary soap. The view from the window was beautiful. Overall, the lavender them is very relaxing. They even have lavender food and drink options on the menu.

The white furniture in the room needs repainting. There should be a camera in the parking area for security purposes.

Disssappointed about their parking … need to walk around 100m to reach hotel .. and there no roof along the way to the parking .. Quite difficult once raining.. no security for parking.. Price for room and services provided is not worth the money (for 1k room per night) Poor attitude of the staff, the receptionist staff always say to me there is no bell boy.. i think the hotel is lack of staff.. Never come again!!!

Everything was perfect, this was a treat for my wife and she was brought to tears by how exceptionally beautiful it was.

2 years old property hence room facilities are new & well maintained. Smells of lavender are nicely sense. Quite place on top of hills far away from crowded places.

There is no Air conditioning

The hotel is right above the night market which means it's walking distance. The stay was comfortable and the service was great. No issues with parking. Room might be warm during the day because there's no air conditioning but it becomes cooling at night and early morning.

Not that I can think of

The lavender perfume is good.

No staff open the lobby door and help to carry luggage. The hotel price is Five Star price, but the service is 3 star value only.

Really a special style - simply see the picture on the website. Very comfortable room, we had the junior suite. Very clean, excellent shower. Small but tasty menu for the evening with reasonable pricing. Breakfast OK. Quiet location overlooking the city. Restaurant was open until 10:00pm, also food for just drinks. Nice cocktails.

Everything was fine

The rooms were well maintained. They cleaned it everyday and replenished the toiletries. Staffs were attentive and friendly. The location of the property was awesome. It had beautiful views and the misty mountains were visible from our balcony. The balconies of both the rooms we had taken had spectacular views.

There weren’t much options of food. Being vegetarians meant we had even lesser choices to eat from. And the food was pretty costly. And being a little away from the city, we had not much choice left to eat from anywhere else. Breakfast buffet had very less options, much lesser for vegetarians .

Clean and big room, we booked the deluxe with balcony. Nice bathroom with rain shower, good restaurant and nice breakfast buffet with enough options. View from the hill was nice from the balcony as well. Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Room can be a bit warm as there's no aircon, only a fan. You can open the doors for the fresh Cameron Highlands air, although can be a bit noisy from time to time. Recommended to take a taxi/grab to the city as it's a far walk.
