The A/C system is pretty how’s ya father. It seems that the settings have been set to ‘dry’ not ‘cool’, however, there is no way of changing this . Even on the coldest setting, it was anything but cool.

Great location with clean rooms, but pretty dated. You can book a car at reception for about 70R a day, which is a great service. Free water filter in reception too which was a bonus.

Everything was good. But aircons could use an upgrade because the room is not cold enough..or atleast a fan could have helped. Otherwise room ls were clean and cozy

Beautiful compound, spacious clean rooms, bathrooms. Daily replenished by maid outstanding. Front of the house and every one else , excellent service and friendly . Helpful. Grounds keeper greets every one and always smiles. Price ,location and facility awesome value for your buck.

AC takes a long time to cool the room. You cannot charge your stuff when you leave the room, cool the room down etc. Since the only way to open the room is by card.

Not very good conditioner, worked slowly.. little bit oldfashioned and no wardrobe or stalls in room, only in bathroom but dont want to put my clothes there

Since it’s a bungalow in nature, there were too many insects and flies. The room was too small for three adults, with not enough space for our luggage or to move around comfortably. The value for money was just okay.

Auntie D was amazing! She was a great host, always there for us, providing helpful information and assisting us when we needed it. She even helped us book a trip to Koh Lipe when everything was fully booked, which we couldn’t manage ourselves. The location was great, right next to the main beach and close to all the shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. The place was also clean.

Several things needed attention in the room on check in. TV remote didn't work. Door didn't latch properly. These were fixed immediately when asked.  The toilet doesn't work well. They tinkered with it promptly which helped but it's a poor design with a small tank that only fills halfway. Two of three light bulbs in a fixture didn't work and couldn't be repaired, but it turned out the room was adequately lit by the bed light at night anyway. TV is very old and small (20" at most). Difficult to use with an HDMI cable if you like to plug in your own smart TV device. A/C doesn't reach bathroom. Facial tissue not provided. There was no garbage can in the bathroom. When we asked about it, we were told that is not provided.

Basic, simple room. Clean. Air conditioning takes a while to cool the room but works well if you leave the bathroom door closed, as instructed. Nightstands on both sides of the bed were convenient. Mattress very firm with comfortable pillows. Shower worked well and bathroom sink had good water pressure. Office open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Can fill your water bottles with filtered water there, which was great and more environmentally responsible. Friendly, helpful staff. They were also very kind and asked about me when I wasn't feeling well. Covered porch to sit outside your unit overlooking the pretty grounds (many guests enjoyed using the porch). Nice to leave your curtains open for the view. Great location right off the main street. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and beach.

The cabin was clean with a comfortable bed and lovely shower. Close to restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the beach. When we come back to Langkawi we would love to stay here again.

In the twin room the light was very dull. Also in one of the bathrooms there were little steps that could be easily missed and tripped over.

The staff were the sweetest. So kind and caring and helpful. Always quick to reply. The beds were big and comfortable and the location was great, right on the main road to the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean and water was provided.

Lots of bugs and animals nearby with mosquitos sneaking in. Incredibly loud nearby with call to prayer at 6.30am and crazy loud birds outside. There were also works going on nearby, not that it’s the hotels fault, but it didn’t help.

Staff were some of the kindest people we’ve met here. Rooms were basic but fine and the shower room was spacious. Restaurants and shops nearby with plenty of options. Beach is 5-10 mins walk away.

The rooms get too hot during the day when you are out of the room.

The staff were nice and efficient. The location was also in between cenang and tenga beach. There was a mcdonalds and a cafe just beside the hotel.

Mosquitoes ruined my sleep, but that's not the accommodation's fault. Too little storage space.

Staff extremely friendly (e.g. room service, gardener) and reception super helpful - we were able to check in earlier and were given great support in finding a scooter.
