Was a horrible experience. Arrive around 3pm. Booked two rooms. First room was only available at 6.30 pm. Second room was only ready around 7.30 pm. I don’t blame the counter staff. I feel really frustrated with management. None was available there during prime time. You’re charging for every hour for late check put bit what happen if you’re not even able to prepare the room on time.

The swimming pool was clean.

The lobby was located on the second floor of the building where there was no one to help carry your luggage. The location was not conveniently accessible to the shopping mall across the road. Messages sent via Booking.com and emails were not replied when enquiring about an airport transfer.

Value for money. Clean and spacious one bedroom apartment with full amenities. Large swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Breakfast was decent but menu changed daily.

Understaffed i think coz room cleaning took sometimes later in the evening. But the staff were all kind, receptionist to the housekeeping staff all were friendly. The price had increased probably due to public holiday

Room facing Spring mall is rather noisy from traffic along the road. This can disturb sleep. Rooms facing away the roadside is probably quieter

Nice apartment with cooking facilities( microwave, induction stove, pots, pans), cutleries n plates. There are swimming pools, kids wading pool and jacuzzi

The breakfast soo bad.. when we arrived at the cafe there is nothing to eat except bread. the staff did not refill the food, wait almost 30min only then fried mee is served. no choice at all. so bad

Could use an upgrade but honestly not a big deal as the maintenance is great and its very clean. Location was a little far from where I wanted to stay but that was on me. Nothing to do with the hotel.

Staff are great, they are friendly and very much accommodating to our travel plans and requests. There's a coffee shop downstairs, its very accessible and they even have a vending machine with essentials downstairs.

Hotel is excellent. its in a very Good Location just opposite to Spring Mall and walking distance to Swinburne University of technology Campus (Australian University) and an ideal place for parents to come to see their Children study at the Campus. few Restaurants are also available in the area. 20 Minutes from the ushing International Air Port. This is our 3rd time we stayed at Citadines, Not sure of Breakfast as our booking was on Room Basis.

Room is wonderful value for money. the location is super as its on the opposite side of Spring Mall and walking distance to Swinburn University of technology. ideal for Parent who are visiting their children studying at Swinburne University. there're few restaurants close by specially " Spoon " is a good restaurant with tasty food for reasonable price. we are very much satisfied with Citadines . it has a Nice Laundry Facility with Washer & Drayer and need to buy Tokens from the Front Desk

Price is misleading, there is a 8% sales tax in addition to the total bill. Should have said so more clearly Rooms are pricey , better choices at full service hotels Room cleaning not done second night , staff were too busy to handle large numbers of rooms Broken sofa in living room , worn and not replaced Bathrooms and furnishing are dated .

There’s an odd smell in the toilet and hall area. It’s still bearable.

Near to town, quiet and just opposite a mall. Close to quite a few good places for meals.

The access card for going in and exit into the basement parking and to level rooms sometimes doesn’t work. *prefer just tap/scan the access card much convenient for the guests*
