Literally nothing, that's a terrible dirty place where the one option is to take more money from you

We asked about early check in and got this option (we didn't agreed about some price so understood that like a gift from hotel). We arrived in 5 am and needed to leave this location around 23pm because of flight. So it was fewer even than 1 day. When arrived we founded dirty room with a bad smell inside but anyway we were happy to have a rest but even this we could not do because it was so much noize from outside. When we woke up the manager asked about payment and asked about FULL 2 DAYS PAYMENT!!! We were literally shocked. When I tried to explain that it's not honest and custome—oriented I got a honest answer that they care about money only. And this is EVEN NOT final! We left the hotel after this talk and I commented that I dream to put my points of this place on Booking. After this manager left the comment that we DID NOT ARRIVE to leave me this option to rate this place. It means that I should pay the fine for not arriving! Thanks God I spended lots of time to communicate with a Booking.com to open this option and finally I got it. So, my advice for you is one — never , literally never don't live here.

The property is located at the city center. The wifi works. The price is low. The aircon also works.

It was too dirty. Bugs and mosquitoes are rampant, and you will have at least 20 mosquito bites for the night making it difficult to sleep. Mosquito bites are the transmission mechanism for many illnesses for travellers. Also there is a pet cat living with you if you choose the dormitory. The cat will make noises and tear up some of the clothes the residents place in the room. That means you are basically living like an animal does. It was a good property with a good location but poor management makes it undesirable to live inside. With improved hygiene I would think it could provide a much better experience for the customers and make much more profit for the owner. I would recommend the hostel be cleaned inside out, the pet not stay with the customers and provide mosquito nets to protect the residents. For your health and your good night's sleep's sake, I would not recommend anyone to stay in this property at however low cost unless serious improvement is being made.

    - Superfriendly staff. - Located in the lively heart of Bukit Bintang. - The room had a comfy double bed and a private bathroom. - The airco was strong ❄ - The price value is great!

    - Only downside are the (noisy) construction works opposite the accommodation. Ear plugs can prolong your sleep.

The location was great, right in the heart of bukit bingtang. Aircon was good and room stayed cool.

The room was dirty, stains on the pillows and sheets and walls. The owners children seemed to be running around screaming at 1am and the noises could be clearly heard from the streets due to a window that didn't fully close and the bathroom door that didn't fully seal.

Good location, shower is separated from toilets, owner was nice.

It was very dirty, a lot of dust in every corner, we even got bed bugs (a lot). The shower drain was blocked so the bathroom got flooded very quickly. There was no shared area where you could stay and shill so we felt trapped in the room. There was construction work at the front so it was very noisy, it's bad luck but the price didn't seem to have been lowered to make up for that. I don't recommend this place.

The booking was confirmed and we arrived with the plane at 10 o’clock, only had WiFi in the train to find out, the host had just texted us that he wanted us to cancel the booking due to this short sentence “ all of sudden maintenance ”. It was by that time 10pm and we were on our way to the place. We now had to find, so late another accommodation, while it was a public holiday in Kuala Lumpur, and almost all hotels were booked out. Not reliable and communication very bad. Would not recommend!

    Great location

Not clean, worst mattress I ever had. One person had his head lower than the body level, the other slept over a big hole that goes all the way through the mattress. I never posted a bad review in more that 5 months of backpacking but having a mattress in a decent condition is, for me, the minimum. A yoga mattress would have been more confortable...

Its right in the middle of the action next door was Jalan Alor with all the food markets. So great Location. Its pretty basic room. Small room with bathroom and AC.

I only stayed one night so a lot of the issues I just put up with. Shower drain was clogged and there were a few friends behind one of the tiles in that bathroom which I subsequently killed. Like i said only one night I would have raised a few issues if i was there longer. Also its the cheapest I found but theres a city tax and a tourist tax that is added on at the hotel. Its the case in all place in KL.
