Perhaps the interior needs some upgrading & refreshed look

Bathroom door,can not lock as normal n no lock too.Better to have lock.Check in take too long time.and our league also mix there.we call n inform league colour n no,then only they bring to room.May be can improve league collection from customers put some tag there n or stickers,or customer name,or something bcoz they already confused.

No early arrangement for groups rooms for connecting door for 5 rooms. And late check in for 1 rooms around 5pm.

Suggestion put the roof at parking place coz leaf & birds dropping on the car. Our car very dirty.& if customer like to stay & continue another day & night u all cannot make it.

The only downside was the parking, as it’s a bit far and we had to drop off passengers and luggage at the lobby first. But the staff were very helpful in assisting and delivering our luggage right up to the room, which made things so much easier.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The view was amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The facilities were great and the food was delicious. Definitely a hotel I’d love to come back to

There were a few drainage issues in the bathroom but the staff sent cleaners when informed.

Ideal location, great staff and amazing views. Right on beach and very close to the night market

the breakfast buffet is a bit underwhelming, food wise can improve variety and taste, coffee is too light, almost tasteless (please use good quality arabica beans). Please provide yogurt in individual box/can instead of letting everyone to take from a big bowl (not hygienic). Needed to wait to be seated even though there are 2 areas for breakfast, but still fully occupied.

The check in procedure could be a lot better. It took so long for the person in front of me, nearly 15 minutes. Unacceptably long for a check in process.

My stay was lovely. I love the pool and how close it is to the beach. The bed and pillows was comfortable. I will definitely come again. Variety of foods during breakfast but the taste could be better.

The hotel is located quite a distance from the city center. As Penang is well-known for its food attractions, most of which are in town, getting there can take longer than usual, especially during peak hours.

First of all, the hotel was lovely with good facilities, and the kids really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping provided great service, always responding promptly to any requests. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food offered a wide variety, allowing us to enjoy different cuisines. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.

The hotel is aged, the decoration seems old.

A lots of facilities, swimming pool is good. Breakfast is full of varieties and taste good. Staff is nice.

Our main complaint was Overcrowding at Breakfast time. We had to queue to get a table. I believe it was lack of staff to clean tables, for next patron. Also anyone could wander in for Breakfast. Next time I would not include Breakfast in the booking, as it was not policed correctly. There are plenty of other places to eat. Gym was a bit small. Cocktails were wishy washy, scrimped on the alcohol.

Location was perfect, room was great, pool was great, service was great..Even the Monkeys came to greet us one day on our balcony which was a highlight. Breakfast was exceptional. Compliments to the Chef.

not much activities such as games, beach soccer.. beach volleyball.. other games. I did not play, but I like to see it as an entertainment.
