We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaI think it's been a while since the bathroom had been checked. Because the water drains slowly. So when you take a shower, the water just stays in the shower area for a while. It's also the same for the sink

MalaysiaAs for the parking, if you park inside, total would be RM12/per entry (imagine if you need to go out 2-3 times perday). And for the underground parking, should you seek advices from the property. As for outside park, first comes first served & pay to the government. The place should be like a mall but no outlet (like a ghost mall) so you need to get out to search for halal food, etc (reflect back to the parking rates per entry).
The room just nice for a quick rest for an event. Access nearby are available with 24h store. Fast reply from the owner and very helpful.

The room is clean, but there are no daily cleaning and replacement of towel and emptying of rubbish. I had to bring down the rubbish to the nearby rubbish bin in the main area. The new towels and the room will only be replaced and cleaned once every 3 days.
