Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The night market is right on the door step which made the evening really fun. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful spacious well-appointed room with plenty of natural light and a very comfortable bed with extra pillows. The light was not so good for reading in bed, but we could move the desk lamp so that was ok. The bathroom was clean and spacious, the shower water did not drench the entire floor, and there was shelf space to put my things. The breakfast was varied daily. We stayed 3 nights, so had 3 slightly different things for breakfast. Not bad. Best of all there was a night market for food, late evening, right outside the front door. Only a few minutes walk to the local bus station to catch the 639 bus to Kuala Besut for Perhentian Islands. Also at the bus stop lots of local taxis, if you need to go somewhere. The taxi from Wakaf Bharu railway station to the Jewels hotel only cost us RM15. We would recommend this hotel.

For me all good, you get what you paid for.

I wanted a short stay in middle of the town with an affordable price with breakfast & I get it. Furthermore, I dont have to worry at all about dinner since they have a Pasar Malam right in front of the hotel. It is easy to get Grab as well.

Aircon was a bit noisy but it kept the room cool

Staff were pleasant. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Has the most amazing street market right outside the door. Great murals nearby . Made to feel welcome and the breakfast was satisfying.

I like the location which is right in the middle of town. Ample parking space in front of the hotel even though you have to pay a nominal sum. Walking distance to most of the attractions in Kota Bharu. Good enough breakfast served.

1. The room does not have a refrigerator. 2. The air conditioner is very loud. 3. Very slow and narrow elevator. 4. There are cockroaches in the room.

1. The location is good, located in the center of Kota Bharu. 2. Every night there is a night market in front of this hotel. Many stalls selling local menus such as nasi kerabu, satay, mee celup, kerabu meggi, tomyam, various cakes and many more. Suitable for foreign tourists to taste the local menu here. There is also a busking performance on the stage provided. 3. Clean and comfortable hotel rooms to stay in. 4. Breakfast is provided at this hotel's restaurant starting from 7.30 am until 10.00 am. Various local menus are provided and the menu will change every day so that guests can taste various different foods if staying a few days here. 5. A place for tourists to shop for handicrafts and local food, namely Pasar Siti Khadijah, is located near this hotel. If you walk about 5-10 minutes to get there.

Parking at town council street parking that you have to remember to pay parking as soon as it is 8am. Otherwise you'll get parking fine very quickly. The aircond fan on the outside of the window is very noisy. Can disturb sleep.

The location is very convenient. Room is spacious. Sufficient amenities with kettle, coffee tea. In the bathroom, you must remember to bring your own dental kit. They only provide shampoo and shower gel. You can refill water from the machine in the hallway and if you need to iron clothes also it is available in the hallway.
