All good, perhaps worth noting that the toilet is up a couple of steps which may not be ok for those with limited mobility but I'm guessing if you can climb the few steps up to the apartment it will be ok

Super easy to get the key and be dropped off right outside, the children loved the books and games, and my eldest loved the soft sheets on the beds. Good central location and less than 10 minutes to walk to the ferry jetty.

Only 1 shower and 1 toilet. A minor hassle if a lot of people are staying in the property considering this property can fit up to 12 people but not a deal breaker for sure.

Cosy rooms. Ample floor space. Great facilities in house; Coway, Water heater shower, android box tv, rooftop chill out area with camping chairs, dining area with table, sofas, fussball table, full carpeted rooms. Location is also smack dab in Mersing town. Shops and eateries are all walking distance. Mersing Jetty is also just 400m from property. Will definitely stay again when in Mersing!

It was very easy to have contact wirh the owner and we got help with everything. The flat is really nearby the jetty. When we get in the flat it we could relax directly.

If you're a light sleeper two of the bedrooms are not for you, as the building is on one of the busiest roads in Mersing. And the staircase is pretty steep and narrow.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants nearby. Easy to find parking. Perfect when you plan to take the ferry to Tioman as the jetty is only a few minutes away. Very effective AC as well as fans.

Nothing it was all perfect

Everything the location was perfect, 10 min walk from Jetty Mersin port in order to go to Tioman. The owner was really helpful and available whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommended if you stay in Mersing.

The road in front of the apartment can be noisy at night.

The apartment was like a home away from home! Clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen, and everything works well. Note that there is only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom for the whole apartment, which was fine for 4 of us but might be a bit tight if more people are staying.

The road noise is a bit loud, but not too bad.

Jane was lovely and helpful, the apartment was huge, facilities great. I unfortunately was suffering from very bad food poisoning from Bali and we got to our accommodation early and although Jane was still cleaning she let us in and made a space for me to rest. The property is super convenient for the ferry to Tioman

The host was nice, and she made sure we arrived safely at the location. Place was easy to find and close to many eating places and jetty. Her place was clean and cosy. We would stay there again if we are at Mersing.

We arrived late with the bus from Kuala Lumpur. The personal was helpful and provided us with all the necessary information. The self check-in was super easy and the accommodation is really central.

Capability of sound proof is not good. Noise from outside is large.

The spacious apartment locates near the ferry jetty and has 4 bedrooms. Check-in process is very smooth. Drinking water and face masks are provided by the host.
