the property area was so quiet and its very difficult to get a grabcar at night…not suitable for people who don’t have a transport

I just stayed here last week with my wife and it was nice…the room was so clean and quiet very relaxing for those who came to take a rest after work trip…everything was great except the door section for a first timer people like me I think it quite difficult and confusing to open the door but I directly contact the owner and he sent me a video of how to insert the door code…they also provided a iron and board at the downstairs so everyone can use it…I definitely will stay here again in the future 👍🏻

The homestay is located in a calm residential neighborhood. However, it is not far to all important places one must visit in Kuala Kangsar. Also many places to eat at in the surroundings of the place. The homestay itself has a very easy self check-in procedure. The room was vast and clean. The bathroom was also quite big. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Kangsar. Just a warning for people who have issues with stairs; there is no elevator in this homestay but the stairs were not that high.

Some noise coming from the neighboring room, possibly from a water pump, which was a bit distracting at times.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a good stay. One of the great perks was the free parking, which made it convenient for those traveling by car.

Its a housing area so parking would be outside the house. and sometimes abit further.

The room & toilets were clean, and room is comfortable. We stayed less than 6 hours.

There was a loud noise like a pump about every 5-10 minutes all night. I told Tan in the morning and he said he will get it fixed straightaway

Tan, the owner / manager was polite, a good listener and very helpful. I needed special assistance and he saved the day.

1. The sound proof was bad, other customer came back at 2.00am stay beside my room and making lard noise. Disturbing others for resting. Can't sleep well the whole night 2. The owner already inform customer not to block the way, but stupid customer car plate no. PLF 6674 still blocking the way out.

Very big and nice room , feeling very comfort for the stay. Thing looks very new and clean, also got pantry place to enjoy eating and relaxing for customer.

The room is spacious and clean. The toilet is clean too and comfortable. They provide what you need in a room minus a mini bar and tv but can do without them. Access to the room is easy and convenient. The owner is helpful and responsive.
