almost none. just the curtain could be cleaned regularly. one of the pillow cover also has stain. and the sound of the ventilation in the bathroom is a bit loud. other than that, superb!

strategic location - just a short walking distance to the attractions and mall, the mall is just below the apartment the room is complete with amenities needed for a family - kitchen utensils, cooker, washer, kettle, rice cooker, iron, hair dryer, drying rack. The owner is generous enough providing us 3-in-1, snacks, a couple of water bottle, and detergent.

After being completely ghosted by a previous property (which left me stranded), I booked Studio by DGH — and what a difference it made! Because my previous stay was wonderful, I decided to repeat with this property. Easy check-in/check-out, clear instructions, well maintained and clean facilities, great location, and responsive owner. This time around we had family staycation here and the kids really enjoyed the pool (big,spacious and family-friendly). Definitely worth the money 👍

All facilities and accomodations were tip top except for the toilet. Quite smelly but we believe it was not under their responsibilities. May be all the rooms in the same block are having the same problem.

Place was comfortable, everything was clean especially the toilet. Connect with the mall, and have a lot of shops within the same building that you can access 24h. Comfortable for family stay. And like the view from balcony.

😄 Host very responsive via Whatsapp messaging. Very clear instructions for check in (can choose to meet host in person or self check-in). The landmark is the lobby with red sofa, so once you locate them everything else will be easy (disclaimer: my familiarity with serviced apartments may have helped me in navigating the process). Host also provided information on how to reach the pool area, nearby shops and attractions (i-City). 😄 The unit is comfortable and complete with all amenities. There is an iron + ironing board, microwave, fridge, towels, toiletries, extra futon + pillows, free Wifi, washing machine etc. There's also complimentary snacks on the pantry. 😄 Awesome location. Shops and restaurants can be found in same building, and i-City theme park is also only a small walking distance away. Suitable for those wanting to have fun at i-City.

I like about how inclusive the accommodation is while having it in affordable price! Spacious accommodation, fully furnished facilities, clean and comfy, accessible to mall/tourist attraction, free parking, you name it all! The view is also mesmerising from the room. The mini pantry also very helpful because you can snacking without having to go anywhere! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
