We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe creaking of the door annoyed us. The door from a nearby room makes a loud sound when opening and closing the door until we can hear it from our room. I suggest the owner maybe can put oil on door hinges to reduce the sounds.
***Got a parking area, and easy to park our car. Good for short stays e.g.: Hari Raya/CNY when visiting hometown. ***To all future customers, this is a guesthouse so don't expect too much the facilities are similar to a hotel. ***This is a residential area that was renovated to become a guesthouse, so customers need to understand if no lift is provided, no kettle or tea/coffee ***The water pressure is good; got water heater too so I have no problem with it ***Although this is a guesthouse, you no need to share toilet with others because every room have their own toilet.
