The room was facing a school, and windows were not very well tinted, resulting in a lack of privacy. Would have preferred a room facing the town.

Parking was easy to find. Room condition was a bit old but well maintained. Water pressure was excellent. Check-in and check-out procedure was very smooth too. Location is perfect if you're driving your own vehicle; a quick drive into town.

Room pantry: only 2 bottle mineral water and 2 packs of antong coffee. Bathroom: curtain has mold at the bottom part. Kind of worry for kids, as they are shorter so automatically when they grab it will come into contact with the mold on the curtain. Each room will need rm100 deposit during check in. Booked via booking.com. The actual price to pay during check in is different.(Rate is higher than booking).

Great location: close to larut matang foodcourt, cafe, Taiping lake, not too far from Kuala sepetang too. Parking: easy parking just outside hotel. Aircond is cold enough.

The hotel parking is limited, so if you come back late, you have to park a bit further from the hotel.

The room is very clean & spacious. The breakfast is good and good value for money. The location is quite strategic as it is closed to the tourist attractions such as zoo taiping & spritzer park.

The lobby smells like open drain for some weird reason at certain times. The staff needs to be more smiley and friendly. The only friendly staff is the housekeeping lady. If the other guest are noisy you can hear them because the walls are thin. I also don't like the yellow lights in the room I can't see myself well when I want to get ready. No electrical plug beside bed.

I like that the room is spacious (similar sizing to n0v0t3l), clean, very good pricing, near to the city centre, easy parking despite not being closed it is within the hotel's compound. Since it's ramadhan month the bazaar is right beside the hotel within the mosque's compound. Overall very value for money. 7eleven, restaraunts and tourist attractions are within 10mins drive and quite walkable. Strong water pressure (this is important for me). For the price this hotel is good bang for your buck.

Just a note that if you are a light sleeper, might help to request for room not facing the mosque. Stayed in room 219, A/C was a bit on the noisy side for full fan speed.

Location was perfect for my family stay for the 3 nights as it was just a 5-minutes drive away from everything we needed. Room was clean, neat & tidy. Staff were friendly & helpful.
