The hotel exceeded our expectations! Excellent location, spacious and spotless room and bathroom. All the staff were very kind and professional, and they even provided us with beautiful decorations for our anniversary! Thank you for everything!

The air conditioning is a bit noisy. Breakfast has a limited selection of sweets.

Lovey boutique hotel in a good location. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The room was a good size with all you could need.

We noticed some ear plugs in the room which we thought strange, however, there is a bit of noise from outside. Mainly from the mosque when they have their prayers. The patio door/windows weren't particularly soundproof. The breakfast was OK but there could of been a greater selection of fruits, cereals and pastries from the buffet.

When we drove through Melaka towards the hotel, we weren't sure what we would be getting but oh my God - what an amazing hotel! One of my favourites in Malaysia As soon as you walk through the doors, you are met with cool air and a lovely scent. The hotel's look is so classy and the staff were amazing - friendly, kind and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything you could need with complementary drinks. The breakfast in the morning had several options and was delicious. I wish I'd booked to stay longer than one night!

Purposely got a room with the bathtub for my child to play in, unfortunately it was clogged. Only disappointment in this hotel.

Fantastic hotel right in the centre of the old town but in a quiet location. The decor is beautiful with a lovely touch of art deco and Chinese design. The staff were amazing and breakfast excellent with a great a la carte choice along with a high quality buffet. Complementary snacks and water in the room, nightly "sweet treats" and coffee/tea in the courtyard during the day. Amazing value for money and we would not hesitate in returning.

Good location. The amenities were great and restocked daily. Room was clean and as expected from pictures. Staff were very friendly and helpful
