We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MalaysiaI booked studio room in Lucienta suites. at the Last minute, they asked us to come to The Face suites saying that they will give me a 1 bed room apart with the same price. Once I reached there, they contacted me from another number and ask to come to Axon Residences and said that there was a miscommunication between their staff. We also just said okay and went there. They ask us to pay by cash and asked deposit RM100 and said will return the deposit after checkout by transfer to my account. Once we entered the room, the WiFi cannot be connected, i WhatsApp him and report this but no reply from the person in charge. I just don’t want to make this a big issue and stayed.The next day Morning, actually we cleaned the room and throw all our rubbish outside the room at the rubbish throw room and even washed our plates and cups we used and and around 11:50am I checked out and place the key as per their instructions in the mailbox. When I tried to WhatsApp them to get my deposit back, they just send me a picture which shows a stain in the bedsheet which is I’m damn sure that it is not from the room I was stayed. We actually helped them to clean before we check out bro.. how the stain suddenly appeared after I left????..I keep messaging them to ask my deposit back but my messages was seen and not replied until I ask them whether I have to come by to their place to get my deposit back. Then, they replied and asked me the proof that we really checked the room before we left. And there, I asked them back that whether the picture is really from the room I stayed or they just wanted to scam us by sending an old picture. Then again my message was seen and no reply. The only mistake I did was not taking pictures of each corner of the room before I checkout. Lesson learned. I didn’t get my deposit back and my messages was not replied . They just scammed us. Plus This is not managing by Malaysian.
