On-site parking & great location, walkable to numerous sights & food options. Room was restful, clean & comfortable with lots natural light, just like the photos. Delighted to find out there is a water dispenser as well. Mostly, really appreciate the hotel for being accommodative to my request, many thanks to the Owner & Liz the friendly receptionist!

I don’t think there is anything bad about the room. It’s just because there was no window but I booked the the hotel knowing there was no window aside from that wonderful hotel

Everything was so great my hotel room was super clean and comfortable from the sheet to the mattress to water pressure all of it. also the stuff was super nice all of them especially Lisa. She helped me a lot from the beginning to the end. And also the cleaning lady she helped me when I needed something urgent, even though it’s not her job "Dear Lady, may Allah protect you and your whole family” 😊🤲🏻.If I came to Georgetown again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. 🩵🩵🩵

We had asked for a room that was quiet and as a result we were given a room with no windows which was a lack of foresight on my part! We also requested to have the room cleaned and this didn't happen unfortunately; it didn't put a dampener on our trip but it would have made things a little more comfortable.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I really enjoyed the balcony where you can purchase drinks for an affordable rate. The fridge in the room was very useful and the room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The location gives you easy access to Georgetown and there are loads of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Room 18 did not have a window, but it was large and well lit so I didnt really notice.

Sounds from the other guests on the same floor especially closing and opening of doors and guests walking down the corridor or talking too loudly. This is a small hotel, therefore it is unavoidable.

It is a very well restored Peranakan era establishment, with modern bathroom, lighting & good wifi. Furnishings are comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily & replenished anything promptly. Close to a tourist CAT bus stop. Good eateries from stalls to restaurants close by. Staff are efficient, friendly & very helpful.

The washroom door in my room does not have a lock on the outside, so it stays open when not in use, leaving us with a direct view of the toilet bowl from the bed.

Strategic location at the city center. Car parks provided, unlike many other nearby hotels. You can ask the receptionist for the iron and iron board.

The heavy use of air fresheners, but that was most everywhere in Malaysia

Soundproofing not so good. Air conditioning too noisy, if the fan speed adjust higher will be more noisy.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my visit. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around. The bed was very comfortable, I had such a good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again!
