Property was good and confortable. Pre check in was disaster

The property itself was good, but the service was very disappointing. Calls to the property went unanswered, and when I finally got through, I was repeatedly told to “come back at 3pm” without any proper guidance on parking or how to collect the key. At around 2:20pm, the owner finally sent a confusing set of instructions about where to park and how to retrieve the key, which only added to the frustration. There was no proper waiting area for cars, and parking anywhere risked getting clamped or fined. To make matters worse, a last-minute request for a RM200 deposit was sprung on us, adding to the overall frustration. Customers deserve clear communication beforehand—especially regarding deposits, parking, and key collection—so they can arrive prepared. Not being able to reach anyone, combined with the absence of a security guard, made the experience even more stressful. All of this information should have been clearly provided to customers both before and after booking.

We do really like the view from the apartment. They also give extra pillows and comforters. Got shampoo and shower gel, too. It is very clean and comfortable to stay, especially for the big groups.

Have to buy drinking water since no water filter/dispenser. Easy access to food hunting, laundry outlet and convenience store. Very recommended to a small group of people

1) One Room has bunk beds and futon. this one cramps for 3 or 4 persons. small space. 2) A distance away from the old town though.

I absolutely love this place! ✨ The self check-in was super easy and the host was amazing. As someone who adores a good sea view, this spot is a solid 1000/10. It’s so spacious and perfect whether you’re coming as a couple or with a group of up to 10 people🥰 i wish we could meet again soon🤍

Old furnitures Under the staircase area was hazardous for kids. Two of the glass panels at 1st floor sitting area are loose and hazardous too. 1st floor bathroom sink water flows down very slowly.

The location was very convenient. Food and beverage in the surrounding Food court within walking distance. Beautiful views.

The requirement to provide a passport, IC, or license via WhatsApp before receiving the key lockbox password should be clearly stated in the policy during the booking process, not after the payment is accepted and the day before check-in, especially since cancellations at that point are non-refundable. The sea view was beautiful, and I even got to enjoy the sunrise from the suite. The homestay was clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. The location is great, with convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and a laundry nearby. Plus, it’s close to popular tourist spots in George Town. Will definitely come again!
