Living room had a sewage smell, with the source of the smell likely from the sink. Having only 1 access card/keys for 4 people made it was slightly inconvenient as a card is needed to enter the building.

This apartment got 2 tower. A little bit confusing when come to parking & lift. The lift door open very slow.

There are a few things that must be improved, on the cleanliness side. The shower walls were very dirty. Not just the glass wall, on which the gunk was most visible, but the entire shower needs to be thoroughly cleaned, regularly! The laundry room emanated a strong smell of mold. That needs immediate attention! I noticed that the dryer had probably never been maintained. The condensed water tank was overflowing, as well as the lint trap. Dear owner, please advise your cleaning staff to pay attention to the washer and dryer maintenance! The apartment and appliances are so lovely, it's a pity to not take care of them properly!

Great location for shopping in Kuala Lumpur. From the parking level of the apartment building, you could go directly into the Lalaport shopping mall with great shops, cafés and food court - which was life-saving on very hot days! The infinity pool was a dream. Not too crowded, large enough, very charming and of course, with an astonishing view over the city. We would love to return to this apartment and not leave the pool all day long! Also the view from the apartment was breathtaking. We could not get enough of it. We had a very small and solid balcony, which was amazing for us, to be able to step outside and take in the grand view of KL at level 40! We felt very safe the entire time, but it can surely be terrifying, if you have a fear of heights. The apartment was well furnished, the basic kitchen had everything we needed to put together a quick breakfast. The bathroom was large, with a nice walk-in shower. We also had a laundry room, with washer and dryer, which was awesome!

Deposit and check in process was confusing with needing to bank transfer before check in, surely this could be done more securely through booking.com. I then didn’t receive the deposit back and had to message to ask, which still took over a week to receive back. Staff were helpful in resolving this but it was extra admin. The futon bed was also very thin mat on the floor with a very thin blanket not really suitable for an adult. The bathroom had a terrible smell.

Pool was great, apartment was clean and the view was great. sauna and jacuzzi were great too. Very safe building. Washing machine and laundry powder included too.

1.Deposit Rm300 (to much) 2. Air-cond unit no service i think.. the filters dirty and make the room quite worm..its running so noisy the whole day & night.

I did not read the fine print about the deposit needed before check-in, so we arrived at the towers and could not get past the security guard. They said I needed a QR code to get in, but I hadn't received one from the host. So, I tried messaging the host, and, after a half hour of no response, I called the number on the listing. I was able to talk to the host, and she said I needed to submit the deposit before I could get the check in instructions. So, after completing that whole process (having to submit the payment over paypal), she finally sent me the check in instructions. After that, everything went smoothly, with no complaints. I only wish the host had contacted me sooner reminding me about the deposit, so that I didn't have to scramble last second to get it done, while waiting outside the apartment building.

The wifi was very fast and reliable, the view was spectacular (the apartment is on the 26th floor), and the location was great. On top of that, the facilities provided by the apartment building were phenomenal. The gym and pools are located on the 33a-35 floors, and wow, it was so easy to use. We loved it. The apartment building is also right next to an extensive mall, and there are a few other malls within walking distance. We enjoyed walking around and we found the location to be very good.

Neighbour's door was extremely noisy. Its sounds like big old rusty cart. So if neighbour grease door hinges it will be almost heaven.

1. The owner request for deposit money that must be transferred, not possible to give cash deposit. It is inconvenient for overseas guest. 2. Several times happened that the living room got toilet odor, i think when next door apartment flushed their toilet, the aroma leaked
