Amenities a bit old. Bath tub not clean. Staff service slow. Slow responded on enquiry. Not took down the breakfast staff listing and hv to wait on the checking by showing proof in hand phone. Overall very unpleasant on the situation and an unpleasant day experience. The soap hv only 1 small tube for shower and 1 small tube for shampoo very very stingy of that

It is quite dirty inside of the room. The cleaning was pretty bad. I stayed for about a week, and every day they served the same repetitive breakfast. The soundproof is not good, you can clearly hear how people talk in the corridor, closing doors etc. The front staff during check-out demanded me to pay some additional fees, despite of the fact that check-in staff assured me that all payment is done. Same with invoice - check-in staff assured that it would be ready during check-out, however, I had to ask repeatedly to the staff to print it out. He kept repeating that Booking/The hotel sent online, but they didn't. It would not be a big issue, however it took really long time for them to check above two matters.

The room is spacious. And the room I stayed had surprisingly big bed. Beautiful interior of the lobby.

i like with my room stay. quite satusfied, i ordered on booking deluxe king room with breakfast & what i got is the lake view suite. my room is so big like some luxury suite but with affordable price

No water filter/water cooler on the premises, so we had to request for water bottles to be brought to our rooms. The hotel wanted to charge us for additional water bottles, but we informed them that our rooms had not been made up and our complimentary water bottles had not been replenished.

Convenient location within short walking distance to the Mines Convention Center and The Mines Mall. Free parking on site for guests. The restaurant staff were very kind in allowing us to borrow their fridge for temporary storage of our friend's birthday cake.

Everything ok but the water 'beach' make me turn off a bit..actually i really like to swim but here i feel like i dont want to..feel like scared what's inside the water (maybe a snake etc coz cannot see thru) and also afraid i got a skin affected because of the water..sorry to say it looks dirty because the water from the lake isit..i prefer swimming pool water rather than lake water..hihihi

Receptionist was unfriendly and seemed in a hurry to get things done. Housekeeping entered the room before 11 AM while we were still packing, even though we hadn’t checked out yet. The breakfast buffet not worth with the high price for kids.

if i have to really say, is just the nearby traffic, since i travel with car to the resort, i can feel the area is quite jam even not off office hour

going for animangaki and the venue is just walking distant from the resort son also love the beach, can do sand castle :) breakfast choice a bit less, but is still ok

The fact that they only give 1 access card instead of 2. You may try to request.

We got upgraded to Villa, the room was spacious and comfortable. however, due to the timber flooring being used, those who stay at the ground unit can somehow easily 'disturbed' by the sound of guests staying on the upper unit (walking, runnig, moving furnitures). The sliding door lock is faulty which we have highlighted to the staff on the check-out date (we just realized it was not locked throughout our stay (we have supposedly do a detailed checking upon check in but guess we were just too tired to do anything as we stayed there for the Redline Fitness Games event). Breakfast was good too. We love this place due to its close proximity to MIECC and the shopping mall (walking distance).

Nasi lemak is tasteless,the chef who prepared it really need to go for training, it's plain or bland,and like we ate the raw rice.... No lift from lobby to parking lot....Very bad...

Buffet breakfast was good. Variety of food can be choose. Room big and cosy with good air-conditioned.
