Pool was a little small and not much space for sun loungers that you had to ask for if you needed one, and also if you requited one for the beach.

Hotel was good value for money. Open and spacey. Breakfast was quite good. Right on the beach and lots of trees for shade. The room was dated but lots of space, great balcony and views. very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed.

Facilities was not functioning well such as TV in the living room..cabinate also bit old & water tab water pipe also old need to upgrade..

Convince to access to the beach beside near by place to dinning just cross the road.. Beside the bed room & living room separate with many space..

Taps and lightings were a bit dated but I guess like many other hotels they are recovering from pandemic.

The water quiet hot maybe because of the room on the top floor, the room also hot maybe because of the same reason

The facilities in the room itself such as minibar, tub, balcony and also the location near the beach with beautiful scene, the price is so affordable compare to similar hotel

Good Location large Apartment good size pool, Staff all areas were excellent friendly and helpful, room service very good. Breakfast a little mixed some days not enough cutlery plates etc when busy otherwise a great stay.

The hotel is a bit old and needs renovation. The chair at Cafe with bird drops needs to change as not pleasant for guest usage.

The room is spacious. Staff friendly, especially Ms. Mega from the reception .

The hotel is looking very 'old'. The entire room could do with a freshen up and the hotel WiFi was awful. I had trouble connecting to it unless I was standing at the door.

The room was large with a view towards Georgetown, overlooking the strait. The balcony was a good size and plenty of room to relax. The room itself was sufficient with everything I needed. The bus stop to Batu Ferringhi is very close and the one to Georgetown is right outside the hotel.

The whole building is in need of renovations. The bath was very dirty. There was a lot of mold on the bath and the shower was erratic. The wifi was not good. The ground floor shop would not accept cash over 50MYR or card under 30MYR and the reception did not give change making it hard to make a simple purchase.

The view was amazing. The room was large and had most of what I required. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. The ground floor pools looked clean and the beach bar was quite good. I'd stay here again.

Room could have been better. No wash/face cloth provided - had to ask. Only provided 1 hand towel - had to ask for a second.

Outdoor bar had good food & drink. Staff there was excellent.

The sink in the bathroom is quite old as the water would be brownish when I haven't used it over the night. The handrail in the bathtub is not tightly secured into the wall, it doesn't affect me but may affect others.

The room in general plus the view from the balcony is nice as well. All of the facilities are very comfortable and easy to use. Plus the Aircon in the room is also very satisfying as it was able to keep the room cold overnight.

The WiFi was virtually non existent even in the foyer and had to be constantly renewed whenever you needed to get a grab or contact someone. Although staff tried to the helpful no tourist info or maps available Did not even publicise the guest entertainment some of which was good but only stumbled upon it Also there were no loungers for the beach or pool so no temptation to linger

The temperature of the shower was difficult to adjust accordingly as it becomes too hot or too cold. But to be honest, the breakfast was even more disappointing. The food was cold and the tables were not cleaned prior to the guest arrival. The staff looks unhappy to help even when called to clean the table. I think the food could be further improved in the near future. Tq.

The locations and room were enjoyable and accommodated according to request. We enjoyed the sea view from the room and the comfortable beds. Also the receptionist were friendly and helpful.
