The honesty and integrity of the employee applied in this hotel and this is my second times my personal belongings left out after check out in the hotel room and kept by the honest housekeeping, planning to collect it in my next stay in this hotel.

the air-conditioned have some problem,it keep on off in the midnight,not cold and it's quite hot.It's not on timer also Water heater also not hot enough,it not function well

TV Channel not much choices but still happy with it because have channel that we like. We got connecting room, so it a little bit thin wall because can hear the next room talking. But we feel sorry because our voice also quite loud.

The room was big and exceeding my expectation. Complete with iron and its board. Work desk. Bathroom was big with space for shower and sink area that exceeding my expectation. Bed was comfy and we get bed size that fit 3 adult people. The receptionist was good and the guard allow us use maintenance lift because of many people need to wait for one lift as the other lift was out of services. The price is affordable and cheaper to compare with what we got. Parking is hard to find near the hotel but there are many parking spaces around the hotel in walking distance. But for weekday on working hours expected harder to get the parking lot.

The staff on duty who answered the call and at reception counter on 31 December evening was rude. My wife called to inform that we will be late to check in but replied sarcastically. The access key to my room was faulty. I asked to reset and still faulty and kept me waiting outside the room despite the request to have a look. Then he changed the room without notifying me at all but gave me the access key. Tried the access key many times at the old room. Replied rudely when I confronted him at the counter and asked why I was not informed that my room was changed. No apology at all until I demanded.

The room view was moderate but it was ok for me as I didn't looked much at the window view.

The room was quiet and all facilities in the room was running well. The Wifi is fast, bed was comfy. Even the hotel was a bit old but it is very comfortable and pleasant.

There is hidden charge, during the booking did not state the real fee.. supposed to be rm198 something but during payment at the counter the staff said I need to pay rm215

specifically booked the hotel because it mentioned there is parking available.however, the parking is actually street parking and street parking in KL (DBKL) is free from 6pm til 7.30am.we arrived late at 10pm on a weekday ,so parking was not an issue. there were a lot of parking at night. If u arrive during working hours, the street parking is packed and if u do get one, install the flexipark app to pay for DBKL parking.we paid for parking from 7.30-9.30am,coz we checked out from hotel by 9.30am.by 9.30 am,we saw the dbkl guys doing rounds around the car park.so watch out!however,there is another open space parking at the back of the hotel, near the monorail, that one costs max rm7/day.wont recommend to park there overnight though.if u on holiday,for msians better to travel around with lrt/mrt/monorail.there is mycitypass 1 day for rm5, or 3 day pass for just rm15.worth the money n really good if u love walking n exploring without the hassle of traffic n parking fees.

location next to monorail medan tuanku,walking distance to jln tar ,sogo area. if u love walking,it is a nice walk towards Masjid Jamek River of Life area,recommended to go at night. Jln Tar n surrounding area is super quiet even at 10pm + on a weekday night. hotel is next to RSMY restaurant.naan is a must try.
