BruneiPerhaps more dinner/lunch packages with variety of food. When I stayed, there was a dinner package which is Malay food with daging rendang etc. A BBQ version would be good too
Pullman has been my favorite place to stay in Miri. I wanted to stay at place that is peaceful, luxurious but yet has a homely vibe. That is what i found at Pullman. The room is excellent and it comes with refreshment at Executive Lounge. It was more than just refreshment..in fact we had dinner there and couldn't be bothered to go out again for the night. Breakfast was very good. The pastries just flew off the rack. The view is phenomenal.

SpainChildren to often using the lobby as a playground screaming load and running around with dirty shoes on the sofas. Obviously the parents have no problem with that however a surprise a well branded 5 star hotel accepting this behaviour.
Very nice room in a good and central location close to restaurants and shopping. The pool and pool area is nice could perhaps have some more sunchairs during peak hours. The gym very well equipped. Best of all the staff, all friendly and professional.

BruneiLocation not near any shopping malls such as Bintang Mall is a shame. Luckily, it's now within walking distance to Marina Time Square. The air conditioning in Room 2017 seems to be not as cold as before or it's due to the extreme hot weather.

Everything is tip top ! The in-room facilities are good, spacious, quite. Location is excellent just a walkable diatance to Miri Times Square. If you need to do laundry, launderrette is just across the road.
