room is quite rundown but still value the money compare to other 5star hotel. Short of front staff, call to never answer. breakfast is decent.

hotel still look like a 5 star hotel. view from hotel is very good. facilities are complete as for 5 star hotel standard. Room has bathtub and separate shower. water pressure is very good. room is very big worth to be call a 5 star hotel

We stayed there almost 1 weeks everything good

the hotel is exceeded my expectation, good breakfast they provide a changing menu everyday but for local menu " nasi lemak" is always provided. The room n bathroom are clean, the hot water responsive n fast, they have swimming pool with amazing mountain views. the location near Putra Jaya mosque and the biggest mall 101 ION city so I can spend time there.

Rooms and pool need a refurb. No shaded area at the pool and broken worn out sunbeds. Ladies changing room grim but sanitary wear was kept spotless.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Everyone made me so welcome. The location is great if you need peace and quiet away from the city and just want to relax. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. The pool was a perfect size and kept very clean and tidy by the guys at the pool.

I paid for the view but there’s no view. All i can see is a tree in front of my room. Maybe i should’ve requested upper level room. Quite disappointed with the view. Requested baby cot at reception thrice, then only got my baby cot. Maybe they’re understaffed. Receptionist needs to alert more on the booking. I booked king room with breakfast, but during registration she just confirming my booking i twin room with no breakfast. So i need to reconfirm that i booked the room with booking.com, then only she confirm it. And at first she didn’t ask for payment 😂. Haha dunno why i find it funny but i believe she should’ve ask which platform that i book the room first before confirming everything. It’s okay. Maybe she’s not focused.

Spacious room. Calming. Has bath tub which my baby loves if so much. I think the facilities is a bit old. But the bed was nice. Location wise, okay. Easy to find and nearby attractions. Breakfast has plenty of varieties. And for me who has son who can’t eat eggs, when i saw vegan options i feel touched.

We used this as a 1 night stopover in between flights. There was nothing in the information when I booked this to explain that no alcohol was sold at the property. I did not do enough research because there were no also no restaurants or bars close to. There is a restaurant on site

The property was very grand. Rooms clean and comfortable. A nice sized swimming pool The breakfast was the best choice we had in 5 weeks of travelling.

It would be nicer if the hotel provide a microwave in the room.

The staffs are helpful and professional. Plus, I love that the hotel is in front of the Putra Perdana Park.

The berakfast room could be improved by having outside view or atleast inside . They have inside a place part of breakfast area ( water running with fishs and plsnts) but they do not allow the guests to seat near this view. Some cubod doors are olds and difficult to open..
