Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was great
Everything about the residence was excellent. It was a shame we didn't get a chance to try the rooftop pool. Otherwise a great experience. The host even allowed us to extend a d checkout at 1.00pm.

The lobby area is always crowded. Need to wait a few minutes for the elevator.. But I’d still go back because of the price and the location!!!!
The location, the comfy bed and beddings… the room I booked was small, cosy, clean and had everything for the price. Has an infinity pool on top the building, really enjoyed the view from there..

They don't provide a pool towel. Provides room towel, though.
High floor infinity swimming pool on the 37th floor. Enjoyable city view from both the room and the pool. There's a sitting and smoking place on the same 37th floor. Quiet room. Considerable honeymoon trip 😅

A fridge would've been better. Though they have provided what actually shown in the picture.
Amazing view from the 42nd floor. We did a late check-in at 3 AM midnight. Thanks to the owner, also very quick to respond all the time. The studio apartment is big enough for 2 people. The neighbourhood area is very near to Pavilion and TRX. Always lively ✨️ Overall, it was a 9/10 stay in Malaysia. Would love to visit again.

The room is big enough for three people, perfect for us. I paid online using my credit card, so there was no hassle of carrying cash. The neighborhood is enjoyable. Thanks to the host. Recommendable.

This is not a hotel. It is a service apartment handle by foreigners. Language barrier with the management and was not friendly. The host quite pushy with us regarding check out. Too congested. Limited lifts. You have to que to go up. The que even reach the main entrance from the lifts.
Location is nearby bukit bintang. But the traffic was very congested if you need to use your car.

The shower was covered in mould, and despite us asking them to clean it, they didn’t. You can only pay with cash, including a deposit. The building is large and busy, with 5 lifts so you often have to wait 5-10 minutes to get in a lift.
THIS PROPERTY PUT A FAKE 10/10 REVIEW IN ON MY ACCOUNT, don’t trust their reviews. The only redeeming features were the view and the rooftop pool.

The apartment needs to be cleaned better, lots of calcium and lime buildup. I also feel the shower was not cleaned in some time with proper chemicals. Lots of marks on walls and damage. Hair from previous guests on floors and sofa. Window I. Bedroom could not be shut properly so lots of noise coming in.
The location was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent infinity pool and gym. AC worked very well and fridge was new.

The pool is under renovation, if I remember correctly, until the end of April, and the pool was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The room is very small and poorly equipped—I really missed having a fridge for drinks. The hotel is extremely busy, so there’s a long wait for the elevator, even though there are six of them. Some weird issue with the review system on Booking, my review was initially posted automatically with a 10/10 rating.
The building is located right in the city center, close to everything, lots of restaurants, shopping malls, and other attractions. My room was on the 37th floor, offering an amazing view from the window.

A bit crowded lift, lobby, streets! other than that everything was awesome!
Rooftop pool (crowded in the evening, so I went there early in the morning). Comfy pillow and bed. Walkable distance to Lot10, Pavilion, etc. It has a durian stall nearby. The location is sooo strategic. Love it, definitely gonna come back!!
