The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave me a secure locker in their office to store my valuables as well as I didn't have a lock for the room locker. Such nice guys in there. Great location as well not too far from anything. Thanks Revo!

second time to stay here, nice location, friendly host; yet this time room cleaning service is terrible. for three days of my stay, no one comes in to take the trash or clean the floor. but the first time i came, it was perfect. i found the clean lady turned to be a clean girl. no idea if this is the reason or not required of her?

simple breakfast but fully satisfying a hungery stomach. tosat with multiple choices of jams/peanut butter/chocklate butter. if the toast baker works, it will be 100 perfect.

The staff were amazingly friendly, more than happy to give food recommendations, even cooked a meal or two to try. The female only dorm was comfortable and the aircon worked well. Bathroom was clean considering it’s a hostel in Malaysia. There was lockers and bedding provided. The kitchen is small but has filtered water and is functional. My absolute favourite thing was the location. There are two shopping malls less than a 5 minute walk away. The train station is the same and it was approx a 20 min walk to the main attractions. It was easy to find and had everything you needed.

No elevator provided to reach the hostel. You have to use staircase which is not a big issue if you don't have big luggage

Great location - hostel is between Berjaya times Square and LaLaport shopping centre, walking distance to Imbi and Hang Tuah Monorail/LRT. Host is helpful and accommodating. Each room come with attached bathroom. Simple breakfast is provided

I didn't like the fact that when I checked in the friendly guy at the reception first told me that no lower bed is available although I did mention it clearly when booking and when I insisted he ended up giving me a room on the first floor saying but it's on the first floor ... Didn't make sense .. And also didn't like that the room bathroom was all wet and been leaking the whole time of my stay

The hostel location is literally one block away from Berjaya times square mall and less than 20 mn from KL pavillon , the hostel is nice , internet speed was good and basic breakfast was alright

Only stayed one night and got a room with only one other girl. Not too bad of a place to be in the city center. I would go back.

I found a life cockroaches as soon as I enter the room and the upper bed for double bed is full with dust and the storage box is dirty also the bin provided and the kitchen space

Nice facilities, affordable rates and convenient to everywhere perfect for solo traveller, couple and family group as well. Reception staff Sunny and Ehsan were very helpful. Not forgetting the housekeeping changes sheets when we request. Good venue for those who works online as the wifi connection was great. Eateries, convenient store and malls are just few min walking distance. I really felt very comfortable staying here.

The faucet and sink in my room were leaking, and it left the washroom very humid and gross at times. Additionally, the lamp by my bed was broken as were some light switches. I may have simply gotten a bad luck of the draw, but the people who stayed in my room over the course of my ten days always had someone asleep in the room - so I never really had the lights on and found it hard to get to my stuff and maneuver at night. Additionally, it is a long way up three flights of stairs to get into the hostel, but the staff are so accommodating and helpful with any requests and were very flexible with my stay and attentive to my needs.

The facilities were clearly in the midst of some renovations, so the location actually got better over the course of my stay! The location simply cannot be beat for KL - this location is central without being busy, and so many Malls, Street Markets, and Food locations are available within easy walking distance. Room was nicely air conditioned.

We got a room in the main corridor and hardly slept as a result. So much noise all through the night, very inconsiderate guests and staff who did nothing to quell the noise. Bathroom was not pretty.

There is no shoes allowed but inside the floor is dirty😿. The socket nearby my bed is unable to use. Hence, I need to charge my phone outside. I don't like there.

Bed was really uncomfortable and not clean looking, toilet leaked out the side when you flushed it, shower blocked when you used it so whatever was leaking out the toilet was coming back up through the shower. Pretty noisy at night, not very welcoming place. Wouldn’t stay again

Terrible experience. The photos online is deceiving. The place filthy. I saw rats in the vicinity. 1.First what you will find is no elevator / lif and you have to climb a long flight of staircase with heavy backpack / luggage. 2.Then when you get to the reception you are greeted with stench of dirty shoes. 3. The staff is lazy and not helpful. I requested for early check-in but they suggested I pay for the early check in PLUS the actual booking. They will try to rip you off.😓 4. Like I say the staff is lazy & lounge around despite the toilet just beside the reception being so dirty I had to get out without using it. 5. The common kitchen was super basic. Really you will thank me you skipped this place.

WiFi was decently working. And 5mins away from Berjaya times square but not worth the stay even for cheap cost. There is a very decent hotel/hostel right beside it with more decent accomodation.
