Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The host was very kind and friendly.... also flexible with check in and check out. He was open to letting me use some of his things if needed which was quite handy.

BelarusHost is very good and helpful guy! The stay was really enjoyable for me. It was cozy and comfortable, and the swimming pool with sauna was really 10/10. A location a little bit far from the center, but for me it’s okay for those price that i paid, because i like walking a lot. Thank you!

UkraineIt would be good to have more power sockets in a room. My universal adapter didn't work well with the single socket near thr table.
Good shared apartments in a modern building with a swimming pool and gym. Room and shower were clean, had everything needed for a short/long term stay. There is a kitchen and washing machine (haven't used, but still nice to have). The owner provided all needed information for a smooth check-in / check-out. Recommend.

Saudi Arabia- the flat is in a modern gated community. - view is amazing from the flat 12th floor. - bed is comfortable, sheets are washed. - the sky garden at 33 floors is great with a glass floor bridge 😬. - infinity pool is 5 star. Great time overlooking twin towers and KL. - price is best value for money in KL. I planned to stay for a week but I extended my stay.

Comfortable room (in shared flat), working AC, working WiFi. Great pool area which is also nice to get some work done. Excellent communication with the host, I will stay again if there’s vacancy on my next trip to KL.
