tropical rainforest with river flowing and small wild animals and insects, plus scorpion hiding in the tree trunk...nice and would revisit again. best for nature lover who can idling for a day and still enjoy every second

The description of a one bed villa is a little bit misleading. There was a noisy family of four sharing our villa with a staircase going up right next to our bed. Additionally we could hear every time they used their bathroom!

A great place in the rainforest! The Personal was always friendly and helpful, the kitchen was great and asked for Our wishes - even Our Kids loved all the food there! The Excursions there are very interesting and the guides nice and smart!

There is construction on going and some noise can be heard.

Can enjoy the rustic feel of the forest, yet have a comfortable stay there. The guided walk was fun and informative.

This is a hidden gem for nature lovers or just getting away from daily life. Very new/modern accomodations, some of the best food provided 3 times daily and included in the rate. Perfect for kids, they love the space and adventure. Professional run and amazing service provided. Will certainly return.

If anything: All but one guided tours in the rainforest take place in the morning (book them, they're really worth it). Hence between lunch and dinner, it is a bit too easy to stay in the comfort of your (airconditioned) lodge, instead of deploying activities.

Great lodges with a stunning view! Shaqif, Ami and all the other very friendly staff provide everything you need in the middle of the rainforest.

No house keeping throughout the stay Floor is sticky, had to put on slippers at all times Pillows are smelly and mattress has terrible musty smell. Tap is one of those press auto shut thing, which is extremely annoying. And the tap head has no aeration, it spray everywhere. So be prepared to get shirt wet everytime u use the tap. Towels given are old and damp and smells! Nature attraction and activities too are kinda lame...

This is a cool experience to be in the middle of jungle. The lodge offers you a full comfort of living. The bungalows are very spacious and fully equipped. The full board is awesome. The staff really makes it’s best to provide you an unforgettable stay. At least we were the at low season and enjoyed very much care from the staff.

Really enjoyed the whole vibe. You’re in the middle of the rain forest but have comfortable rooms, excellent food 3x a day, a full range of beverages and lots of outdoor activities. And it’s way cooler - like 7 degrees cooler than elsewhere .

Dear SIr: When i booked through Booking.COM, it was indicated to me that i have the whole Villa , and that i have 2 bathrooms. However, me and my family are only given the second floor of the Villa > Downstairs was another guest. This is not was indicted by Booking.COM. When i told the staff, they were oblivious of what Booking.COM has indicated. Also, there was supposed to be 2 bathrooms , but not only we were given to the second floor of the Villa instead of the whole, we have to share one (1) bathroom among us in the whole duration of the stay. The leeches but these are unavoidable walking through the forest and we were provided with a spray soap to keep them at bay as much as possible :)

The whole experience here was brilliant. We happened to be the only guests staying at the time and it really felt like it was a private VIP booking! We were brought to our chalet with our luggage and then given a tour around the place on a buggy by the very friendly and helpful Mr. Lim. We were given all the information we needed in terms of activities. We had informed them in advance that we are both vegan and don't consume animal products and were a little worried what food might be on offer as it is a full board price. The chef came out to speak to us before our meal and was aware of this in advance and for dinner that evening, breakfast lunch and dinner the next day and then breakfast and lunch on our last day, we were treated to some incredible meals and each time we would walk up to the dining room, the same table in a nice location was ready for us to sit at and the food would come very soon after we sat down. The chef and staff would come to check every meal to make sure we had enough and that everything was ok. The chef even googled the ingredients of an Italian pasta packet to make sure it was vegan too. We felt the chef and the staff were invested in their job and cared for our experience. The activities we did were great. Unfortunately the weather meant the river was too dangerous so we couldn't do the river kayaking, but were able to do some kayaking and pedal boating in the waters at the accommodation where it was calm. The guides on our other activities were friendly and helpful and it was again like having a private guide each time. They provided us with a soap to spray on our legs to protect from leeches. They also allowed us to borrow life jackets to swim at the nearby waterfall. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well protected from all the insects and bugs from the forest.

Wonderful experience. This brand new resort is beautifully situated and staff were all very kind and helpful. We did two hikes and had a great time. Would come back anytime!
