Like - the seaview from level 15 & each room beds are comfortble...the deco are quite OK. Things that should be improve in 2025 so that its align with the name Deluxe VIP rooms... 1. replace new towels with the current ones. 2. provide soap & shampoo seperately 3. change bigger smart TV that provide Netflix or Youtube than current TV. 4. provide free mineral water , coffee & tea

Needs maintenance and cleaning. Faucet broken, plumbing leaks in restroom with water spray out to leg when using the sink, ants on walls, kitchen is dusty and lack of cups. TV remote not working.

Easy access to beach and shops. Has spacious 3 bedroom unit. Nice views from balcony.

we paid extra for cleaning however the place was dusty on the inside of the bedroom doors ,there were stains on the bed protectors and the linen was not ironed, the beds looked like they need making ,lucky we were only two people so we found the cleanest bed to sleep in . There was also no shower gel in the dispensers and toilet tissue in main bathroom. The front door didn't lock !! we informed the resort who informed the owner however it was not fixed in the remaining 2 days remaining which left us exposed to anyone coming inside while we went outside,

The view from the balcony was good sea view and the apartment was spacious enough ,just a short drive to the restaurants or walking 15mins

Found 2 cigarette butts on the balcony. The iron left a brown mark on my shirt and the ironing board needs to be replaced. Most of the towels had a weird smell. Fortunately I brought my own towels. There's no washing machine as advertised.

Great ocean view on the 15th floor. Apartment was fairly clean, Wifi was good and had everything that a family requires for a comfortable stay. The reception in the lobby sells 1.5l mineral water at RM3.00 per bottle which was great. Saved me multiple trips to the convenient store.

It is stated that the apartment has a washing machine. It does not, annoyingly (though plenty of cheap laundries in town) The showers and toilet are combined, so after a shower the floors are very wet for ages. Could do with a squeegee mop to push it down the drain. Despite being for up to 6 people, there was only 1 mug, 1 cup, and a couple of tiny cups, and only 1 glass!!! Not sure there was enough crockery and cutlery either. The apartment, comfortable enough, is definitely not deluxe, in fact it's very tired looking and in need of some attention. For instance, one of the balcony chairs is unravelling and uncomfortable. The pretty cushions and the rug in the photos are not there. Swimming pool limited hours, 9am to 7pm

Good views of the sea, sunset, and weather. Very comfortable beds, nice bed linen, lights over bed for reading. Quiet location away from nightlife but in easy (10 min ) walk of beach, bars, restaurants, night market. Good bus service has lots of stops through Batu Ferringhi for those who need it. (Be advised that they seemed to be moving the stop right outside the apartments - maybe just updating them, but be aware) Staff in the building very nice. Good lifts.

Need to pay for the parking, can’t use the washing machine and dryer even have it because the door is lock, the towel is not clean and booking mentioned can checkout from 10-1PM but owner and management said 12PM.
