How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Verified reviewThe location is strategic as this residence is located in the middle of kota warisan town and you'll get variety of food choice to choose. The bed feels comfy with five pillow given. Facilities such as gym and swimming pool is maintained so well by the management. Parking for visitor is allocated with ample number on the ground floor with easy access to the respective blocks. Fridge is provided and it's working well. The air conditioning is also working well. I would give a fair rating for their cleanliness since there's still places that can be improved.
1. The owner should clearly mention that they have two unit in a single house number. The word "studio" should be replaced to room as it is actually a room, not studio concept. Please be careful while choosing your unit. The owner just ignored my conversation in WhatsApp and didn't even reply to my texts anymore upon asking on the unit size. 2. The table and chair kept in the unit was so unstable. It may topple down if you keep your arms on the unsupported side of the table. 3. Everytime you need to pass through the guard, it requires you to line up with other cars on the road side to enter. This will consume around 10 to 15 mins everytime you exit or enter the residence. 4. The water pressure will slow down if you're using water simultaneously on different pipes e.g. shower water will slow if you flushed the toilet 5. Since it's a just 300++ sqf unit, you wouldn't able to have light cook or heat up your meals.

Verified reviewAbsolutely amazing and impeccable place! The best I have ever stayed in KL. Perfect for a short-term if you fly in or out KL. Super comfy bed, all necessities and very clean and powerful hot shower. Very pleasant communication with the owner. A supermarket is a walking distance, some cafes and restaurants too.

Verified reviewWe booked the studio room just for a quick night rest as we are heading to KLIA in the next morning. It’s only 15mins to KLIA by car if the traffic is smooth. I like the room because it has a comfortable bed, extra pillows & blankets, a clean toilet with a high pressure shower, a tv with netflix & a well functioning aircond.
The size of the room but knowing the price, I’m not even complaining.

Verified reviewthe photos & system is misleading, before proceed for payment, there is no final check for the type of room we have booked. I booked for the big house but ended up is a small room. While i entered& found out it is totally wrong, i straight checked out & asked for refund but too poor Its is non refundable. Even though have msg owner but no action taken. No refund even i not even stay. Seriously hope to change the rules & regulation. AND if it is a room, please do not show the whole house picture to confuse the consumer~ If this is just a small room, it’s really pricey. End up i booked another whole house nearby which is a lot cheaper than this. I always book for hotels using booking.com, but this is the first time i feel damn disappointing with the issue. Just be careful next time.

Photo makes it look like food is super close but you have to walk around property border, so maybe 10-15 min walk.
