SOHO suite sunsuria setia Alam, I was unable to check in because my room was placed under maintenance. I am extremely disappointed, as I was only informed upon arrival, despite the confirmation email I received showing no issues. I had made my booking well in advance, and therefore I kindly request a full refund.

The service is very slow we waited for nearly an hour and even after getting our key there were no directions to the lift and we have to walk the whole area just to search for the lift which was very confusing. The parking was also very far from the lift. Not only that, the staff also knocked on our door in the middle of the night just to ask for deposit receipts and we were already asleep so it was very inappropriate as they could just asked nicely on text and we would cooperate with them.

Very bag services, can’t request to check in earlier even want to pay extra, but once I came up at the house at 3:04p.m. the room were not ready yet, with all the rubbish, smelly, all bed sheets on the floor ! The management didn’t do their work! To check upon others customers check out and immediately clean it up ! Asking the staff, very very late to re-arrange another house, they said got more units, but need to wait until 1hour!!
