Malaysia1) Customer service Check-in information was not clear, especially on the key collection, and there was no guidance on how to hse the access card during collection. It stated that the deposit can be made via credit card, but it is not the case. Lucky enough, ATM is available at the lobby. 2) Mouldy bathroom The bathroom is quite rundown, where moulds are all over the ceiling as well as the door, and the lock does not work. The moudly smell is all over the unit, especially after the shower.
1) Location is good - located near a train station 2) Convenient - 2 convenients store at the lobby and price is not expensive, and ATMs are available as well. 3) The swimming pool is unique where it is made of glass. Hence, see thru. 4) The room is somewhat clean with basic amenities (except for the bathroom)

AustraliaCommunication with the management was difficult and fraught with what I would call deliberate misdirection. The quality of the apartment was well below my expectations and well below what the advertised pictures and description presented. As previously mentioned, when I arrived I was charged RM100 more than advertised and then given a complicated story to give me what I was led to believe would be a discount or rebate of RM60. This never happened. Smoke and mirrors. There was much smiling, nodding, hand wringing and “I DO understand, sir” comments but it was all, I felt, rather dull and I feel like I have been treated poorly. We’re not talking huge amounts of money, but the principle is important. Also, I’d like the Booking.com website to more accurately portray this property to reflect it’s reality.

France- 1h late to deliver the keys. No update, we had to ask by ourselves on whatapps. - 200 ringits deposit that we were afraid to fight for on checkout. Turned out being hassle free, but we were concerned). Still very annoying. - Lot of fines threats (like being told on whatapps that late checkout is charged extra or smoking fine on the room wall etc). That's not super friendly. - Owner slow on answer and not trying to provide extra mattress - Annoying card access to elevator - Rooms not feeling fresh. Old paint, old and ugly and badly equiped bathroom. But nothing overly bad. Just not great. - View facing directly another building
- Location of the building for those who want to live in the skyscrapers area - Decently quiet room for Malaysia standard (so not monastery quiet neither) - Very low cost and good value when on sale - Good gym with air con, good swimming pool (not rooftop), 7am to 10pm, friendly staff there - Balcony

United KingdomThe room we were in was starting to look a little bit tired. Nothing major but needed a touch up paint wise the bathrooms are a wet room style without having a great deal of space so unfortunately the door frames have seen some water damage so again just need a little bit of TLC. But nothing that would put me off booking there again for an excellently priced stay!
Reception staff were super friendly from arrival to departure. We had a late flight and they looked after our luggage too. Property gives you great access to the monorail, walking distance to a number of attractions. Good value. Pool area was great! Brilliant break from the heat.

Portugal- check in process. Now it is in the details but when I booked, they just mentioned that the check in was after 3 pm but it was until 9 pm after all. Well my flight arrived at 9:30pm and they only decided to tell me this in the same day as the check in. So, everything went well but i was so stressed not knowing if i was going to have accommodation or not after a 20h flight.

Costa RicaThey did not cleaned the appartement nor provided fresh or extra towels, not even toilet paper, we had to buy some ourselves as there never was someone at the "reception" so we could ask. Several things, like the bedside table and the sofa were broken. It was 8:00am and there was no one on the reception to check out and get the deposit back, almost lost my flight because I had to wait for someone to arrive ONE HOUR LATER. There was no shower curtain and so the entire bathroom would get wet and as we didn't have extra towels to clean it was a mess all the time.
