To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe few cons include - breakfast spread was below my expectations, the flush in the bathroom got clogged on Day 2 and the water could not clear fast enough while showering.
Both the room and bathroom are super spacious and comfortable at 1103. Selected this hotel for convenience as the coach pickup point from here back to SG - Sengkang.

Buzy street in front, difficult to cross. I always tip housekeeping. Returned to room at 5pm. Tip was gone, room not cleaned. Staff then came later to clean room and didn t know, who had taken the tip. Whats going on there?
