Hotel upgrade us to villa and everything in the villa is exceptionally good.

The relax atmospheres & exclusive environment. The staffs are friendly. Local food served are excellent especially the complimentary keropok goreng with authentic Terengganu chilli source.

The architecture of the resort was outstanding but what made my trip v memorable was the chef in particular chef Anne and the staff at the reception.They made me feel v welcome and customised my dinner as I was a solo traveller ..The resort is peaceful , great for weekend break and introduction to Terengganu cuisine

The spa village was stunning and had beautiful surroundings but I think the packages are over priced

beautiful place, traditional malay setting with wooden houses, clean well decorated rooms with adequate amenities. very good and tasty breakfast buffet selection . nicely landscaped gardens, clean white sandy beaches. Excellent staff.

Room feels dated

The resort has a lot of charm, with a relaxed atmosphere, and the beach is beautiful. Our beach front room was just amazing. But by far the best thing is the wonderful staff- they are all so warm, friendly and helpful.

The pricing policy meant we had to book a separate room for our 15 year old son, when there was actually a day-bed in our (very spacious) room. A bit of an impractical and expensive policy, but we still loved our stay 😃

I wanted to share my disappointment regarding the handling of my departure transfer on the last day of my stay. Several months before my trip, I contacted the hotel to ask about organizing a transfer to Kuala Terengganu, which is about a one-hour drive. They told me that it could be arranged for $100, and I agreed to that price. However, on the day before my departure, I asked the reception if I could check out at 12:30 p.m. instead of the standard 11:00 a.m., and they confirmed it was fine. Despite this, no one asked me about the transfer details — such as what time I wanted to leave or when I would need the car. Instead, the hotel arranged a car for 11:00 a.m. without consulting me, even though we had planned to stay a bit longer and enjoy our final lunch at the resort. In the end, I ordered a Grab taxi myself for only $30 — significantly cheaper than the $100 the hotel wanted to charge me. I felt that decisions were made on my behalf without my input, which was disappointing. A simple question like, “When would you like the car?” would have avoided this entire issue. Advice for future travelers: If you're planning a transfer, I highly recommend using the Grab app — it’s reliable and far more affordable.
