Clean and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Staff on reception were helpful and friendly. If you have transport, the location is great. Although they have a water machine that provides hot and cold water, a kettle for me would have been better.

The step inside the shower :( few episodes of near fall due to the step difference in the bathroom At night you will hear the dogs barking but ok je kot

You need cash for 50 RM deposit - a heads up about this would have been helpful The doors aren’t fully sealed so I had a few unwelcome guests (centipede, bugs, lizards - although they weren’t so bad) that could easily get in.

Not dislike but some rooms that are facing the sun could use a thicker / opaque window curtains, as in the afternoon the room can get a little warm and will take some time for the aircond to cool it due to direct sunlight.

Nice quiet location. Love it. Booked for LIMA 2025 which meant the distance quite far to the venue but this was a nice place to unwind after a hectic day in the event!

Water pressure for toilet bowl is quite slow. that's all

The place is nice and peaceful because its located near to Gunung Raya but its quite far from town but if you have transport, it not a big deal. There's also mini mart nearby. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They're willing to help you if you need them. There's Coway machine outside for every 4 room if I'm not mistaken. For the breakfast, they will send you packed food if you opt for "breakfast included" the food is nice like a home cooked food. will come again one day. Insyaallah.

Abit far from center (approximately 20mins by car) but it is ok for those who has own transportation.

The Hotel locates in the tranquil & nature area. Room is spacious & comfortable, same like photo. There are basic necessary facilities with TV, small fridge, hangers, heater. Wifi is quite stable. We have stayed for 4D3N without any issue.

The hotel is not in Kuah and quite far from there but the property was nice. Please update your location.

The property is a way out of town, it was clean and the surrounding mountains give it some serenity. The staff are lovely and I was able to have a late checkout due to my flight being delayed, there was a cost to this though. The only dislikes would be that the toilet didn’t work properly, there was no hot water for a shower and the air con was a bit noisy, there is also no where to get food but Grab eats do came to the hotel.

Excellent location to relax and enjoy. Big room and bed. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were exceptional 😁
