Toilet was small and cramp. Hooks not placed correctly to hold clothes and towel. No place to put own shampoo and conditioner. Glamping front plastic covers were badly damaged and the mgt simply pasted tapes on them so there is no night sky view.

Totally a new glamping experience. Staff were friendly and apologetic when they forgot to clean our rooms. Big and comfortable bed.

You couldn’t hardly see through the window section as it’s all damaged, it also leaked around the edge. The hot water wasn’t hot, barely lukewarm.

This property is unique, the beds are comfortable, the pool is great, hair dryer is good too. The coffee and tea making facilities are good.

The WC in my room doesn't flush properly. The plastic dome is patched with scotch tape all over. It turned yellowish too. Very unsightly. Second internal layer of dome (inside room) is yellowing. Rooms are not for over weight people.

Convenient place to stay. Within amnities. Able to pray in mosque as it's 5 min walk. Rooms are cozy and fun. Great place to chill with family and friends. Staff is friendly😃

Good location with walking distance to mosque, petrol stations and food stores. Easy parking. Good layout and suitable for wheelchair / stroller access. Unique setting with surrounding hills and nature.

Lack of food & activities offerings, limited services other than a pool within the compound. Small toilet space due to constraints.

Brand new so will be even better when trees and landscaping have fully grown and matured, weak internet so couldn't access smart TV, also hope maintenance will upkeep quality of facilities as this is the kind of place that can quickly deteriorate

Not practical. Rather stay at Mutiara if I want a practical place. I dint like because: 1. Iron doesnt have in room 2. Toilet toooooo smol 3. Need to put "clean my room" sign everytime i need my room cleaned

The toilet was small but clean.

There is a mcdonald right in front of the property. we were told that we could order from Mcdonald via a QR code without additional charges. This sounds great! But we didn't use this service as we wanted to try some local food.
