The only downsides were that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and the lobby was often very crowded.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this apartment. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and located on the 45th floor with a stunning view. Our children absolutely loved it. A special thanks to Mr. James for his outstanding assistance and honesty. He was quick to respond to all our requests and even returned an item we had accidentally left behind before our departure — we truly appreciated his integrity. The location was also excellent, very close to everything we needed. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

only comment is about the amount of people around d the pool for photos at times. The floor surrounding the pool is quite slippery.

We had a great stay at the platinum 2. The hotel/airbnb had amazing facilities. The room comfortably fitted our group ( 4 adults, 2 kids). It had a massive main bed, 2 bathrooms, a self-contained kitchen, it was located on a high level, we could see the Petronas from the living and main bedroom,. Bed was very comfy, air-conditioned, just a true delight. the hotel has 2x pools up on the 51st floor, there is parking on-site, and shops at closer proximity. We couldn't fault our stay! ☆☆☆☆☆

The elevators are always busy and some floors are having two numbers like our we were at 43 and there is another floor 43 A U may spend hour till u realize u r in the wrong floor

Walking distance to train stations to get you all around Kuala Lampur. 24hr convenience stores nearby. Large enough for our family of 5. Good AC throughout to manage the heat.

What I don’t hmmm… perhaps the hot water . On my last 2 night one of them did not work. But I didn’t bother to complaint, if I complain they would fix it . Because they are very responsive

I love the design of the apartment. It makes me feel like home after the whole day tired exploring the city. The contact person for the property was very responsive . AC was perfect. The view was awesome. I will be back for sure with my family

Pool is really popular for people doing insta selfies so can be a very slow swim around while you wait for them to get their 50 perfect shots...

Fabulous location, clean and well-equipped apartment with incredible rooftop pool. Views are amazing!! We came from airport late at night but James made himself available to check us in. Wifi went down but they were really quick to troubleshoot and got a guy in to fix within the day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and thoughtfully designed. Located in the iconic Platinum building, it offers easy access to everything you need. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The owner was excellent—extremely communicative and went out of their way to assist us both before check-in and throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again!

We just happened to stay in the building at peak time, hence, the lobby was always crowded and had to wait a bit for the lift to be available.

The unit was generously spacious, impeccably organized and we were very satisfied of its neatness. Thanks to the carefully selected furniture, modern facilities, well-equipped kitchen appliances, quality toiletries, and inviting ambiance provided by the property owner, we found the experience to be quite pleasant, offering us a genuine sense of comfort. Mr. James Wong was very accommodating, approachable, and professional to deal with. The location was accessible to the train station, as well as walking distance to Suria Mall KLCC, Avenue K Shopping mall, Saloma bridge. Grab car rides were good and going to The Exchange TRX mall, to Berjaya Times Square and Pavilion shopping center were not difficult. We enjoyed our early morning swim at the building's infinity pool! The view was astounding! Pick-up and drop off at the lobby entrance was a bit congested though due to the big number of guests waiting. Nevertheless, the cars picking up and dropping guests at the same time were made to stay organized by the security officers.

Too crowded especially during the weekend. Housekeeping quality, quality of some items provided such as toilet paper, minimal chicken amentites

Location, property size, responsiveness of the host, amenities such as pool and gym, fast access to taxis, dining options at the property and at walkable distances. Pool and gym both had a splendid view
