The place unfortunately like scam ..!! No WiFi , not TV working , no phone to call reception..! Aircondation work poorly , no dining room , so many scratches, broken and old furniture, very poor management ..!! Please don’t go there ..!!

Private pool

Nothing.

Outdoor,. Alot of trees and away from pollution n traffic. Staffs were polite and courteous. Main lobby well kept. Surrounding facilities like the orchard are good exposure for the kids to learn on nature.

Rooms were not well kept. Got the Villa with pool, the outer area to the pool was dirty, sandy, and moulds on the floor, looked like it was not cleaned for weeks.. Water pressure in the Villa is super low.. Had difficulty washing up n washing our hair. The food was terrible.. Breakfast was cheaply made and served.. Nuggets, hashbrown, nasi lemak, roti canai was their breakfast menu--> how is this is wellness resort? Same menu 5yrs ago when we last came.. Ntg much has changed.. Nasi Goreng for dinner was undercooked rice made without any taste and it was horrible.. Ended up getting food by grab for the rest of they stay. Hope to see some improvements if we do make a visit next time.

Spacious villa accomodate for 6 pax. Very luxorious bed and furniture with classics decoration. Huge toilet and private pool area give more wonderful experience for the kind. Villa lovated in the garden style and surrounded with trees. Breakfast also just nice with local menu such as nasi lemak and roti canai.

Staff very polite, friendly, very nice for who wants peaceful surrounding and private. The management also very generous with the welcome drinks, fruits, and tolerant with check in and check out time.❤️

The location and the privacy

Need to lit up the lobby area more.

Located in an isolated area, surrounded by nature so it's less crowded. Seems to have many onsite activities. The villas are overly spacious.

Since it's surrounded by nature, expect some small bugs inside the room. Room service is available but very limited choices. Property seems old.

The resort was peaceful and perfect for escaping from your work stress and enjoy incredible vacation

Good options

The Presidential Suite Room is spacious. The corridor to the room is nice. The toilet looks luxurious and spacious and there's a bathtub. The journey to the hotel is more to nature. All staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The hotel is far away from the city. Not recommended for families with babies and young children. The road to the hotel is extremely dark. If you were to head out, you'll have to be back in the hotel by around 6 pm as the road would be very dark by then. The travel time from the hotel to melacca town area is about an hour drive. The lighting at the hotel is too dim internal and external including the room. It looks like a run down building. There's no lift as the hotel only has 2 levels. During our last day (Monday), for breakfast, there's no buffet provided however we were served ala carte as we were told that the hotel has below 20 pax for the day. If you wish to order grab food, it's advisable to order by 7 pm as the grab drivers may not be able to send your food to the hotel due to the very dark route to the hotel.
